Excellent location, beautiful facilities, and a warm, welcoming environment.

Pros: The location was excellent, the facilities were very nice, and the overall environment was pleasant. If there are areas to improve, they are minor compared to the overall quality of the stay.

Cons: For future improvement, we would appreciate having more towels available, and a more thorough introduction to the house’s facilities. At times, we had to figure things out on our own.

Pros: With only two reviews at the time, I was initially hesitant to book the property, but I'm so glad I took the leap. The host, Julien, was the key reason I decided to go ahead with the booking. He was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic week in Nice. What you get is a spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained home, complete with a spacious and deep pool, high-quality beds, and walking access to a bakery and local shop. Plus, it’s just 14 minutes from central Nice and 20 minutes from the airport—what more could you ask for? We explored Eze, Monaco, Cannes, and Grasse, all within an hour's drive from the property. It really is the perfect base for discovering the French Riviera.

Cons: Honestely? Nothing but if I have to be super-pedantic, I would raise a suggestion from my wife: It would be good if there were a tall mirror downstairs :-) Jokes aside, nothing I can think of. Yes, there was no air conditioning on the ground floor, but with a fresh breeze from the mountain, we didn't need one even during the hottest time of the day.

We loved it! Perfect to be here with some friends or family

Pros: Clean. Swimming pool was great. House was beautiful. The view was great. Garden was lovely. Facilities were great. Host was really nice and welcoming. Perfect vacation!

Cons: - No airco on entire ground floor - Maybe 2 towels per visitor and not 1.... One for the bathroom .. One for the swimmingpool.
