Pros: Amazing location, right near the beach. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed for a short stay in Nice Jane was very thoughtful and easy to contact throughout the stay

A beautiful Gem in the heart of Nice.

Pros: Apartment was is in great location beside the promenade and 10 min stroll to the train central train station. Jane the host was extremely friendly and helpful and had everything you could need for your stay, toiletries, milk & orange juice and BBQ set to enjoy on the balcony. Apartment was extremely clean, comfortable & quiet.

Cons: Nothing. Cannot fault this beautiful apartment in the heart of Nice.

Pros: Close to the beach. Quiet. Not far from restaurants, shopping, train etc. All necessities to be found in the apartment. Very comfortable bed.

Highly recommend, will be back again

Pros: The apartment is in a great location just off the promenade. I swam every day and there are great beach things available to help you have a comfy time on the stones! There is incredible attention to detail in the apartment and it honestly feels like a home away from home. I always walked but great access to tram and bus too, with a very easy airport connection. The area is vibrant and handily close to a supermarket.

Cons: It was SO nice I was worried about damaging it 😂

Pros: Jane and Siamak are great hosts. They were very accommodating, provided great recommendations, and even checked in on us to make sure our stay was going well. I would definitely book with them again!

A really perfect and comfortable stay.

Pros: The location was perfect, literally a minute from the beach, shops and restaurants on the doorstep and old Nice about a 25 minute walk. The apartment was super, a comfortable bed, excellent facilities in the kitchen, able to use beach mats, umbrella, beach shoes etc. it was also very quiet and it felt very safe. The host was super. We had clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. She was friendly and extremely helpful. She made sure we had all the essentials available on our arrival. I would highly recommend this apartment.
