Lovely
Pros: The Cocoon Loft was absolutely amazing. We picked up the keys from our host, which was incredibly welcoming, helpful and kind. The apartment itself was also exactly like the pictures and the view was stunning. The location was great - it was very central, walkable and close to all major transport. We took multiple daytrips to the surrounding towns and it only took 20-40 minutes by train, plus a little walking to the train station. We can not recommend this place enough!
Cons: The apartment is on the top floor, which meant that there was a lot of steps up the stairs. That didn't really bother us but might bother other people who have difficulties walking up a lot of stairs. The ceiling in the bathroom was also a little low so we bumped our head into it a few times, but we're both quite tall so that definitely wouldn't bother everybody, depending on height.

Pros: View was absolutely stunning. Perfect location in the old town, near the beach & other tourist attractions. Air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the rooms at a comfortable temperature.
Cons: The roofs are sloped and we often found ourselves hitting our heads in both the bedroom and kitchen. Long flight of stairs was manageable for 3 young people but would maybe be more difficult for others.

Cons: Sealing in some areas is too low because the apartment is in mezzanine, but a)it’s visible on the pictures so we knew what we sign up for and b)the view beats this little downside

Pros: great location, lovely views, perfectly appointed, comfortable, all the facilities you need. very quiet too, not disturbed by any of the other apartment residents, nor by the noise of the city
Cons: nothing to criticise about the property, it was great, although it’s worth knowing there are quite a few stairs to get up to the top floor (a price worth paying for the views and to be above the general hum of the city).

tolle Lage, Schöne stilvolle Einrichtung mit allem was man so braucht, TOP !
Pros: Hervorragende Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Nizza. Nachts aber auch gerne etwas lauter, dafür aber wegen guter Fenster sehr leise in der Wohnung.
Cons: 6.OG ohne Aufzug und mit viel Gepäck war es sehr mühsam nach oben zu kommen.

Über den Dächern von Nizza!
Pros: Die Lage des Apartments in Mitten der Altstadt von Nizza war wirklich einmalig. Neben kleinen Boutiquen, Restaurants, Cafe's und Bäckereien, war auch der Strand fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Der Gastgeber war super herzlich, sehr flexibel und hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Aussicht über die Dächer von Nizza belohnt \
Cons: Es gibt keine negative Punkte. Lediglich der Hinweis, dass man gut zu Fuß sein sollte um das enge und lange Treppenhaus zu meistern - dafür kann man sich ggf. aber im Urlaub auch das eine oder andere Croissant mehr gönnen!

Eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung in einem alten Haus, aber modern renoviert. Sehr schöne, gut ausgestattete Küche!
Pros: Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet und die Sicht aus den Fenstern wunderbar. Hoch über den Dächern von Nizza. Genau so wie auf den Fotos! Das Haus mitten in der Altstadt. Das Treppenhaus ist auf den ersten Blick nicht sehr einladend (Mausefallen), es gibt viele Treppenstufen zum Hinaufsteigen, aber das vergisst man in der Wohnung schnell, man fühlt sich dort sofort wohl. Sehr schönes Licht gegen Abend, helle Wohnung.
Cons: Für grosse Menschen ist die Wohnung weniger bequem, weil beispielsweise die Dusche und das Schlafzimmer abgeschrägt sind. Auch das Doppelbett ist eher schmal und kurz.
