Pros: The location is perfect, close to all the amenities and the sea. Jack and Elena are very nice and friendly hosts, very helpful throughout the whole stay, proactive and responding without any delays. Highly recommended place!

Pros: We had an unforgettable winter vacation in Nice. Special thanks to our hosts, Jack and Elena, who went above and beyond for us to feel comfortable during our stay. They were super friendly and always in touch answering questions and giving us directions on what to visit in Nice and the surroundings. I would definitely recommend to stay at this property. Hope we will visit Nice again, now in summer.

Pros: The location was excellent. The hosts were extremely helpful. The apartment was spacious.

Cons: The bathroom was too small and had basin in the shower. One flight of stairs is one too many but the host kindly helped us with our bags ❤️

Pros: We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful and authentic apartment in the heart of Old Town Nice. The charm of the building and its historic character made our visit feel truly special, and the location could not have been more perfect – everything was right at our doorstep. Elena went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, with excellent communication throughout and such a warm, friendly manner. She even surprised us each with a thoughtful gift to remember our stay, and the bottle of wine was very much appreciated and enjoyed!

Had a great experience in a prime location and owner was a great host.

Pros: In the centre of old town with everything at your doorstep, food, beach, bars, historical park and ice creams! Host was excellent and very helpful. Very cosy accommodation with air con, which was s blessing in summer.

Cons: Its very cosy for a family of 4 and can be a bit noisy at times due to central location.

Pros: Elena was a lovely host who went out of her way to be helpful. The house was clean and full of interest, from the board games and beach furniture to the numerous tourist leaflets and house instructions. The air conditioning was very useful!

Cons: The toilet seat needs to be secured as it wobbled a bit.
