Chez Kari-top location in charming old town

A fabulous apartment in a great location, the best in 5 weeks travel

Pros: This apartment is in a fantastic location with the building entrance right on one of Nice's main thoroughfares. The apartment itself is fabulous with 2 living areas, looking out over to a park. There was everything(well nearly) that we needed for 5 nights

Cons: We had a disaster of a checking in process.Our instructions were to text a person who would meet us upon arrival at the apartment around 8.00pm, this person did not turn up and we could not access the apartment, in fact we had to lug our bags up 4 flights of stairs and proceeded to wait for someone in the half dark, It turned out we were in the wrong building< as access was thru the same main entry. So after about an hour of waiting, we then had to move our bags again downstairs 4 flights and met a fabulous lady Ellie who then directed us to the correct entrance where there was the expected lift up 4 floors. God what a relief, but at 81 years of age you don't need to be lugging bags up and downstairs. Things that could be in the apartment, like cooking oil, salt and pepper, a plug in the kitchen sink, rubbish bags would all be most helpful

French Riviera classic

Pros: Location and ambience - 10 out of 10. Perfect for a couple getting away from it all. Oozing with French Riviera charm.

Cons: Nothing to dislike whatsoever.

If we ever go back to Nice we would stay there again.

Pros: The locations was excellant. The kitchen was well stocked. It was very easy to contact people with questions we had about the unit.

Cons: There was only 4 TV channels in english, all news.

Wonderful. Checked all the boxes. Would definitely stay here again when in Nice.

Pros: Location to old town and Place Garibaldi’s bars and restaurants. Trams, supermarkets, bakeries, fruit and veg shops all close by. Short walk to beach. Great tips from the owner on where to eat and drink and things to do. Bright, airy apartment to come back to each day.

Cons: Nothing.

Great location. Lovely balcony and good communication from host.

Pros: In a great part of Old town. Nice little balcony. Clean with plenty of room.

Cons: Nothing.

From the apartment we enjoyed all that Nice has to offer.

Pros: The location is excellent, comfortable, spacious and well equipped.

Excellent property in super location surrounded by the narrow streets and bars and restaurants of old town Nice.

Pros: Great location just a few minutes walk from the promenade. Couldn’t fault at all the facilities and how the apartment is equipped. 10/10

Cons: Very little indeed to be critical of, but one or two areas would benefit from a little TLC, hence 9/10 but I’m being particularly picky here, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Chez Kari again in the future

Great charming apartment

Pros: Charming clean apartment close to everything. Bed very comfortable and well equipped kitchen

Cons: Need to be careful grtting out of the shower but we managed

Great location, even better apartment!

Pros: Perfectly located, spacious apartment with everything needed for our break away. Everything was within walking distance from the apartment with trams close by if needed.

Our stay was perfect and we loved everything about the apartment.

Pros: Perfect location. Beautiful, charming apartment that was very well provisioned with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Loved it and didn’t want to leave.

Cons: Nothing could have been better.
