Hôtel Le Seize

Great location, safe, clean and friendly.

Pros: Very pleasant staff and clean, nicely presented accommodation. Breakfast was good.

Cons: Gap under door because it's an old building and slightly off centre but cushion did the job! Would advise a brush strip attached to the bottom. Bathroom toilet and shower not ideal if a very large person but possibly because I had a cheaper room on a very good rate. Cannot complain. Much better than anticipated.

Pros: Location is amazing. The price-quality ratio is excellent.

Nice hotel with very good location.

Pros: The location is great, only few minutes walk to the tram station both to other towns area and airport. Many cafe and shopping mall around. The old town is only few minutes walk, and also few minutes walk to the beach.

Pros: Good central local location. Easy access to everything we wanted to do in the centre of Nice. Very clean and staff were very helpful. Loved the old fashioned lift!

Cons: I requested a twin room, but I would not have classed it as such. As I was sharing with a friend I was looking for two separate single beds. The second bed had no bedside table or lamp beside the bed. Breakfast was adequate but the room it was served in is extremely small. Just be aware that it can be noisy at night due to its location, but dont let that put you off booking this hotel

Pros: The hotel is really an exceptional! What I like the most is the way the personal treat the customers: the receptionists at the reception, the breakfast lobby and the girls cleaning the rooms🙂 They are so professional, friendly, welcoming and helpful! The location of the hotels is great with close proximity to the tram starion and many other landmarks. The hotel is very very clean with a comfortable rooms.The breakfast is nice and tasty! I definitely will choose this hotel again for my next visit.Thanks a lot!

Perfect location, a spacious room

Pros: The location is great! I didn't use transport at all to get all attractions. The room (i took a room classic) was spacious with 2 beautiful windows and big comfy bed.

Cons: I was traveling in December and it was quite cold in the room during the night. The television is old, there is no airscreen or apps like Netflix or Youtube.

Clean and Accessible

Pros: Centrally located, access to transport from the airport and the main train station, shops and the old town.

Ideal for a short break in Nice

Pros: Location perfect for the Promenade, shopping, trams and train station.

I stayed 4 nights, two nights were noisy and the other two were fine.

Pros: The location is really convenient to the old town and the beach and other public transportation.

Cons: The wall is very thin, you can hear your neighbor talking. And the shower water pressure is very unstable.
