Historic Bright and Beautiful Apartment in Old Nice with Castle Hill View

Pros: Location, clean and comfortable appartment, great shower, nice little balcony, charming building.

Cons: some basics, like oil and vinegar, salt and pepper would be useful

Well equipped apartment in a very central location

Pros: The location was fantastic. Everything you need is in the property.

Cons: There are a lot of stairs but that is advised in the post. Only tough on arrival and leaving with suitcases.

Pros: Excellent location and really kind and modern. Felt very safe. Communication with the owner was fantastic, she really helped with our day trip to Monaco.

Cons: Nothing really. Lots of stairs but ok for us. Could do with a fan in each bedroom as no Aircon in bedrooms and it was very hot.

Modern apartment in a great location

Pros: The location is very convenient for the Old Town, restaurants and bars and public transport (which is also really good by the way). The apartment was clean, well-maintained and modern.

Cons: Beware there is no lift, so seven flights of stairs to reach the apartment can be tough, especially with bags or luggage. The apartment does not have much natural light, which is probably to be expected in old tenement buildings. The crockery was placed in a very high cupboard, so we had to climb onto a chair to reach it, which is not ideal.

Pros: modern flat at the heart of nice. all kind of equipment, balcony with waterfall view, cozy beds, highly recommend to anyone. easy acces from anywhere, tram stop infront of the building, everything are close, bars, cafes, shops, sighseeings.

Pros: Wonderful apartment, in the very center of old Nice. Sea, park, cafes, restaurants, shops, old town, tram stop - everything is nearby.

Cons: Stairs. This is difficult for families with small children and elderly people.

Pros: The apartment was in a great location close to all the restaurants and bars in the old town. Very modern, comfortable and clean. Olivier was a great host and brilliant at keeping in touch.

Pros: Location, location, location Top notch apartment, very clean and has everything you need.

Cons: The exercise up the stairs 🤣

We’ve fallen in love with Nice, our first visit but won’t be our last!

Pros: Communication with the owner was excellent. The apartment is spacious, clean and very well equipped. Great location in the old town opposite the park. Very quiet no noise from neighbours or passing traffic. Great cafes and deli just downstairs where we bought our morning croissants, delicious. Easy walk down to the seafront. Lovely little balcony with seating, from there you can see Castle hill waterfall in the distance.

Cons: I thought the stairs might have been a problem but we only travelled with a small back pack each so we managed quite easily. Good exercise to burn off the croissants!

Excellent apartment in a great location

Pros: Spacious apartment, with modern amenities . Host was extremely helpful in providing information

Cons: One minor issue was the water did not did not drain very well in the shower if using the big shower head but we got around that by using the handheld shower head instead.
