Great location, kind and responsive host, clean apartment

Pros: Location is very good, close to public transport, restaurants, bakeries and there’s a supermarket at the back of the building. Apartment is nice and clean, it’s big enough for a group of 6-8 people, in one of the bedrooms there are 2 large beds, second one is accessible via small staircase. Lightning is good and kitchen is well equipped.

Cons: The only remark is that the window of one of the bedrooms is looking at the building staircase and when you open it, the air is not that refreshing.

Very Convenient Location in Old Nice

Pros: We loved the location and the apartment. It's located close to the Promendade des Anglais.There are many little shops and restaurants in Old Town to enjoy. Everything was walkable. The train station was about a 20 min walk away for those who want to do day trips to surrounding areas like Cannes, St. Tropez and Monico. Perfect spot.

Cons: The apartment was a bit short on just a few amenities for a 12 night stay. Nothing major but things to consider. I ran an airbnb myself and just a couple of tips. Need a chef's knife to cut bread, should have some dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods. Provide some suggestions on where to eat and how to get around. Where is the train station, tram stops, bus stops, etc, to get to places like Eze, Cannes, St. Tropez, etc. A tourist map. Instructions on where to put garbage. Where is the grocery store. Other than that , we loved the apartment, the location, and Nice. We had a wonderful stay. Everything was in close proximity and walkable. We would definitely book it again. Overall, we are very happy with our stay. Thanks !

Pros: The location of the apartments is excellent. It is 500-600 metres to the sea on foot, and it is interesting to walk through various boutiques and shops to get there. The main street is also nearby. It is interesting to walk around, there are many shops for shopping enthusiasts, and many different cafes and restaurants nearby. It is convenient to get around by tram, bus, and train. The apartment has everything you need for daily life. In addition to a washing machine, there is a dryer, which is convenient for washing and drying clothes after the beach. The mattresses on the beds are very comfortable, and the pillows are of medium firmness. Everything you need is there. The owner responds promptly to all questions.

Pros: Ottima posizione, appartamento nuovo con spazi ben suddivisi e equipaggiato con elettrodomestici nuovi. Host molto disponibile a venire incontro alle richieste.

Pros: Ubicación perfecta para llegar andando a los sitios de interés y parada de tranvía a 2 minutos. Apartamento limpio. Nos facilitaron cuna para bebé. Comunicación con propietario muy fluida. Recomendable.
