Appartement coeur du vieux Nice

Pros: We loved our stay at the lovely central location. Lola was a great host, she provide us an earlier check-in and a later check-out which was very kind :-)

Really enjoyed our stay and this was a perfect apartment for a short stay.

Pros: Has everything you need in a lovely part of old town. Only one set of steps and you are in the middle of the hustle and bustle of markets etc

Cons: Kitchen is fully decked out however there was no chopping board and the bed was rather uncomfortable but all in all a great place.

High level accomodation in the heart of the old town!

Pros: Well-equipped apartment in the heart of the ancient town, on the first floor with a view to a square where the national theatre is located. WOW! Tramway is available for a minute walk, bakery with fresh made baguettes + croissants + coffee is right on the corner, Carrefour supermarket is in the other corner, fish market is around the square with music and happy people consuming shellfish with white wine. Live music played in the restaurant opposite on Friday and Saturday nights. The seashore is so close, you can get there through narrow and crowded streets.

Cons: Dust under the bed, unstable shelves should be mounted/fixed, a hand towel would be good to have, a rack for clothes in the shower is also missing. But these are only nice-to-have's :-)

Uno splendido soggiorno nel cuore di Nizza

Pros: I miei amici ed io abbiamo trascorso qui 2 notti. La posizione è perfetta. A pochi minuti dal mare e praticamente in centro. Lola, la proprietaria, ci ha permesso di fare il check in anticipato e il check out ore dopo la scadenza. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e ha un microonde molto comodo. Davvero una bella scoperta. Se tornerò a Nizza spero di trovare nuovamente la disponibilità di questa casetta. Anche il prezzo davvero onesto nonostante fosse capodanno. Grazie Lola!!

Rénovation moderne. Proximité de la mer et d'autres lieux de promenade et de divertissement.

Pros: Nous avons passé nos vacances en octobre avec notre famille. La chambre était très bien équipée. Le Wi-Fi fonctionnait parfaitement. De nombreux magasins sont accessibles à pied. La plage est à 5 minutes à pied en passant par la vieille ville. Nous avons tout aimé.

Cons: La chambre est très petite. En fait, ce n'est pas une pièce séparée, mais une pièce cloisonnée par rapport à la pièce principale. Sinon, tout est parfait.

Pros: The location was great, and a perfect size for a couple. It was really nice to have things such as an iron, beach chair, tent, etc.

Cons: The sleeping room was really dusty, the chandelier had a lot of dust on it. Also we didn't have face towels or shampoo.
