Beautiful Old Town flat

Pros: The location was excellent, and the apartment was spotless. Our host Sabine was extremely helpful.

Cons: Unfortunately there is a very loud extractor fan from another building which was very noisy through the night. I had to keep my window closed, so I could sleep.

2 nights in Nice

Pros: Location was excellent and property was true to description and pictures

Cons: There is no drop off at the apartment . It is about metres due to parking on this road. But not apartments fault

4 nights city break for a couple and two singles. Excellent location . Tram to/from airport was less than 10 minutes

Pros: Great location in the old town, near to restaurants, cafes, harbour and beach. Flat was clean and well presented. Host was helpful and communication with him was very good.

Cons: We booked this flat as it advertised 3 beds, but only 2 doubles were provided, so 2 of us had to share a bed or pay additional €20. No view from any of the windows. Would have liked a hairdryer provided.

One of our best short breaks as a family

Pros: This is a great location for the airport, train station and the old town. The property is very clean and has lovely facilities.

Great apartment in old town Nice

Pros: The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed for our family of 4. The location was great - close to everything in old town Nice.

Cons: The shower was quite mouldy and had an unusual smell.

Very nice in Nice

Pros: Great host with excellent communication and suggestions. Terrific location walk to everything cafes markets and sights and with tram and buses right outside easy to go further afield. Very clean modern and comfortable. 😀

Cons: Very little, a little dark due to building layout but to be expected when in old town areas

Relaxing and quiet stay in Old Town.

Pros: We liked the spaciousness and quietness of the property and the good facilities. The location was very good, nice and close to restaurants and public transport.

Cons: The pull out bed wasn't the most comfortable and we had to hunt around the apartment for a sheet for it. The duvet didn't have a cover.

Perfect accomadation in old Town Nice .

Pros: Central in old Town . Lovely bakery and coffee shops below. Tram opposite to link to train station . First floor - just one flight of stairs . Host was very helpful. Spacious and lovely decor .

Perfect location to visit old town and not too far from beach

Pros: Location was really good with multiple transport options at the door.

Cons: A blanket for the bed. We only had a sheet.

Cons: Air con not working well in bedrooms but excellent in main lounge area.
