Modern and clean apartment

Pros: The apartment is very modern and well equipped. It is in a great location and easy to reach. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Comfort and convenience plus plus !!!

Pros: The apartment is well renovated, super comfortable, clean and marvellously well equipped. The host Figa is so helpful and responsive. We felt so safe and welcomed. Figa left so much information for her guests and has great attention to detail like leaving us a lovely welcome note with some local sweets!. We had a lovely stay.

Cons: The location is top notch right at the edge of everything within walking distance. Only not so pleasant was arriving and stepping out to the smell of the fish market in the morning. On the bright side, everything to cook a wonderful meal just outside door step.! A tiny price to pay for otherwise excellent stay.

I would love to come back

Pros: The communication with Fagi was perfect since the day of booking, way ahead our arrival. Extremely guest-oriented, everything was clear. The flat is very-well equipped (it's definitely not the cheapest as usually you can find) and you hardly can find better location within this price, comfort and when you dont want a hotel (almost heart of old town). Easy to get anywhere from it. Big recommendation!

Cons: Tall people have to adjust their movement when the ceiling is a bit lower (of course we were informed about it before)

Perfect central apartment!

Pros: Absolutely incredible apartment, super central, everything we needed was there. Amazing host!!

Cons: Everything was perfect. Note - if you are tall may be a slightly more challenging due to low ceilings but wasn't a problem for us.

Pros: The hosts were fantastic and very welcoming! The apartment was very clean and well maintained. It seemed newly renovated. The location was excellent and easy to walk around old Nice. It is a great place to stay for families.

Cons: Some of the ceilings are quite low which can be a problem if you are very tall. There are quite a few stairs up to the apartment but this is to be expected of an older building.
