Pros: Clean apartment, well equipped. Self check-in. Good communication with the host. Close to the bus stop, restaurants/pubs and to the city center.

Cons: The pillows are not very comfortable!

Pros: Location is great and easily accessible with public transt. The place was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I liked the special attentions, such as tea and coffee being provided, the nice towels in the bathroom, etc.

Cons: The bed wasn't very comfy.

Pros: Perfect location so easy to get about....all you could need when you are busy sight seeing....as a base absolutely perfect.

Pros: Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and a lot of good restaurants nearby. Also very close to the tram station. The apartment is exceptionally clean. It's compact but with everything you need.

Perfect stay in Nice old town

Pros: Perfect stay in Nice, perfect location right on the edge of old town so you can walk everywhere. The apartment was super comfortable and had everything needed to feel at home! Good supplies in the kitchen to do some cooking and lots of products in the bathroom etc were well stocked. Building was very quiet and felt very safe.

Pros: We had a pleasant stay for 6 nights. Very easy check in process thanks to excellent instructions from the host. Apartment is modern and very clean upon our arrival. Perfect location in the old town and apartment is quiet thanks to the location in the building and to the window towards back yard. The bed is comfortable and the sofa bed is less comfortable but that is expected from a combined sofa bed. Bathroom is large and comfortable with a modern washing machine. I would happily rent this apartment again.

Ideal location for short trip to Nice. Highly recommended studio.

Pros: It was exactly as described. New bathroom, good kitchen area, decent bed and fantastic location. Overall well equipped with everything you need and communication with the owner was excellent.

Cons: Lack of natural light in the room but that was expected and not an issue.

Would highly recommend to everyone. Perfect stay!

Pros: Everything about this property was amazing. Perfect location so close to many restaurants and the beach/promenade as well. Aircon was good which was needed because of how hot it was while there. Very cosy indeed and felt like a nice change going from hotels to this property. Felt right at home. Will stay here again the next time we come to Nice!

Comfortable, quiet and clean apartment in

Pros: Comfortable and quiet apartment, convenient for old town and tram stop for elsewhere. Owner responds quickly to queries and came over to fix the AC while we were there

Cons: Small apartment with little storage space and no views to speak of - suitable for 2 or 3 night stays.
