Appart Hotel Jaures - Boutique apartments

Pros: Great location – very convenient, close to the Old Town, shops, and cafés. The apartment was clean and tidy, and the kitchen had all the necessary dishes and utensils for a short stay. The welcome compliment – a bottle of wine – was a very nice touch. The hosts’ cooperation, communication, and help in all matters were excellent.

Cons: A small downside – the toilet door did not close completely tightly, which was slightly disturbing.

Cons: Stairs was a little difficult with luggage but all in all fine as long as you’re semi fit

Cute apartments in Nice

Pros: Great location, surrounded by plenty of cafés and bars. The apartments are beautifully renovated, very clean, and decorated with a lot of charm.

Cons: The only downside is that there’s no elevator, so every day felt like a workout — but I was aware of that beforehand.

Pros: Located in the center if the old town, was our best selection. Close to the beach, Garibaldi Square and the port. The apartmant had everything needed. Nice kitchen and great cookware.

Cons: Lack of lift.

Pros: Location was perfect Good size for 4 people Comfortable beds

Pros: Daniel was super helpful, the apartment has everything we needed.

Cons: The only slight downside was that some of the images included a balcony which we were expecting but didn't have. It would be good to have this confirmed at the time of booking to set expectations.

Pros: Daniel was superb! Very accommodating and super helpful. Great communication, clean, tidy, comfortable apartment. The beds were ace and location for the old town spot on. Would certainly recommend for a break in Nice.

We enjoyed our stay in Nice. The flat was well situated and close to everything.

Pros: The apartment was well situated and as described. Two large bedrooms and renovated bathroom.

Cons: No wash basin anywhere near the toilet, had to go to the kitchen to wash hands. The sofa bed was the only seating in the living area and no facilities were available for the fifth person to put their belongings. A cupboard or bedside table would be good.

Pros: Excellent location, super friendly and accommodating check-in, the apartment was cute and cozy and it served me and my friends perfectly. Be mindful that there is a good couple of stairs to reach it, so avoid if you have trouble moving or carrying super heavy luggage.
