Pros: Incredible location - wonderful balcony and view! Although not really used - great stocked kitchen. It was clean and suited our vacation perfectly!

Cons: Beach towel would have been good. As well as an umbrella or mats.

Pros: Perfect location, view and close to Old Town. Our family of 4 stayed here and the apartment had all the required appliances we needed.

Cons: We liked all. If I can give some positive criticism, the afternoon sun shines directly into the apartment making it hot late afternoon. We closed the shutters which helped and of course went for a swim with the ocean so close which also helps. However, airconditioning would be a big plus to this apartment and will up the rating definitely.

Bardzo udany pobyt w Nicei - przyjemne i urokliwe miasto - plaża w samym centrum

Pros: Klucze odbiera się w agencji około 1,5 km od obiektu - jeśli podróżujesz z bagażem trzeba to wsiąść pod uwagę - dojście zajmuje około 25 minut potem do obiektu. Jak masz dużą walizkę do rozważenia czy jest to dogodne

Cons: Kamienica w której mieści się obiekt jest przy ulicy która biegnie wzdłuż Promenady Anglików - siedzenie na balkoniku jest z równoznaczne z siedzeniem nad dość ruchliwą ulicą. Wieczorem ruch znacząco spada ,widok z pokoju fantastyczny i to może równoważyć ruch uliczny. Jeśli jednak liczyłeś na ciche miejsce to zdecydowanie nie jest to ta lokalizacja.

Super séjour dans un cadre exceptionnel !

Pros: Vue exceptionnelle ! Proximité des commerces à pieds sans besoin d’emprunter les transports en commun. Cuisine très bien équipée, pièce à vivre spacieuse et appartement propre et calme.

Cons: Store de la chambre cassé. Une bouteille d’eau fraîche aurait été appréciée. Le prix du séjour reste tout de même élevé pour le mois de septembre.

Fantastische locatie om een stad aan zee te ontdekken.

Pros: De afstand naar de oude stad. Het balkon met uitzicht op strand en boulevard. De moderne inrichting.

Cons: Als de balkondeuren open staan, komt er geluid binnen van de zee en de weg onder het balkon.

Pros: La vue. L'appartement avec tout les équipements dont les machines à laver le linge et la vaisselles.

Cons: Très bruyant pour la personne qui dort au salon. L'absence d'une climatisation. Cuisine, WC et salle de bain propre le reste laisse à désirer surtout au niveau de la poussières. Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de verre à vin pour le rosé !!
