Pros: Well-furnished apartment at a good location, close to the old town and the beach. Public transportation nearby, tram #2 to/from the airport stops very close to the apartment.
Cons: Water heater kept shutting off, making showering difficult.

Well maintained spacious apartment in a great location but was not fully prepared to meet guests.
Pros: Location is superb. Bedrooms are quiet. Bathroom is nice and clean. The living room has a perfect view of the port. We occasionally were moving kitchen table to the living room for meals with the view which is great at day and night.
Cons: We were puzzled by the absence of a place to hang our clothes - no hooks, no hangers, it was very inconvenient. Only handwash was provided - no shower products. A drying rack for clothes that we discovered in the utility closet was dirty. Only one skillet in the kitchen was in good shape; the coating on pots was damaged to the extent that we deemed them unusable.

Great location and great way to experience life in Nice
Pros: Communication with host was easy. Clear instructions were sent including photo and video. Host was kind enough to send us details of event while we were there. Water and orange juice were in fridge which was handy as we arrived late. Excellent location of apartment, near the tram, with a beautiful view, close to shops and restaurants and Promenade des Anglais. Nice quiet building . Very clean apartment with well equipped/stocked kitchen - dishwasher, oven, washing machine. Loads of hot water. Powerful shower. Plenty of room for 4 to cook and eat and watch TV etc. WIFI good. Felt like a very safe area and we felt at home at once.
Cons: Because this is an old building there is no lift and it is three flights up(knew this when we booked). Also no air conditioning although there are 2 large fans. Quite hard to sleep because of the heat but then we are from Scotland. Need storage in the bedrooms although there are cupboards in the hall.

The best appartment one could imagine
Pros: The location couldn't be better, the view from balcony was astounding, actually no other activity was better than sitting and observing the port. Binoculars is a must have! The bus 98 just opposite the entrance door and vicinity of the tram and other buses in Port Lympia made it so convenient to travel around. Also view from kitchen and bedrooms were so original, that we never even knew such thing existed. Bery good contact with Damien, the landlord. Clean freshly renovated bathroom.
Cons: Nothing could dim the pluses of this apartment, but if I had to point something to improve , it would be lack of hooks or rails for towels, which was probably because of new bathroom arrangement. None of the windows were tilt and turn, only opening in one way, which was risky to leave open during raining. Also the lamp on the other side of street was too bright in the night and pointed into the window, but it wasn't fault of the apparment of course.
