Great property in perfect location

Pros: Perfect location. Well equipped. Plenty of space for the two of us. Right by the prom and Old Town but quiet at night. We would be happy to stay here again.

Cons: Would have preferred a normal shaped pillow but maybe square ones are a French thing. A few more instructions for the TV would have helped and any recommendations for bars and restaurants but overall it’s a great property in a fantastic location.

Pros: Apartment is great, it has everything needed. Nothing really was missing. The location is excellent. Air conditioning makes it super compartable because it was super hot. Excellent location close to the Vieux Nice and the beach. Very nice host!

Pros: Cozy apartment, very well organized and clean. The location is just amazing, only crossing the main street and we were on the beach. And a huge thank you to Florance, our lovely host.

Doesn't get much better than this

Pros: The apartment is comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The shower is great. The location is awesome, 2 min to the beach, surrounded by restaurants and shops. I can't think of anything that would make it better.

Cons: The sun refused to shine one of the days we were there.

Pros: Florence was so nice, she answered all my questions and was very helpful. The apartment is very nice and clean. We were 4 people and it wasn’t small. The location is the best thing about the apartment. I’m really happy with our stay. I recommend it, i would definitely come back again!

Clean andcozy appartment in Nice

Pros: The owner was super kind. The room was very clean and big enough for two of us. The bed and dofa was too confortable and we overslept every morning. The location is convinient to walk around the old downtown and Promnade des Anglais.

Cons: It is not an important thiing, but it would be better if the kitchen knives were shsrpened.

In the absolutely best location possible in the city center, nice, new and clean

Pros: Absolutely top location just in front of the Cathedral. 1 minutes walk for the city center and the street with the restaurants. Supermarket in front of the building. Very spacious apartment with comfortable beds. Pretty quiet during evening and night hours.
