Amazing location with impeccable views

Pros: Easily accessible location with Promenade des Anglais and Nice old town a short walk away. With impeccable views over the harbour and the Mediterranean, the apartment is also nicely furnished with modern interiors and all the amenities you would need. There are also great restaurants and bars nearby.

Cons: The apartment is located on the very top floor which offers amazing views but also something to consider if you have a lot of luggage since there are no lifts.

Gorgeous view with lots of space and very conveniently located.

Pros: Beautiful views, very spacious and convenient to attractions and lots of restaurants.

Cons: The stairs were annoying but expected. We had to travel to the office to pick up the keys from an office / lockbox. We were told prior to arriving, but It was an additional 15 minutes away from the unit, and it added an additional $25 to our cab. It would have been more convenient for them to meet us to hand off keys considering we’d just travelled 17 hours.

It was perfect, spotless, and a great location :)

Pros: We really enjoyed the lovely apartment. It was conveniently located, spotless, and worth every penny! The apartment was on the 5th floor with an incredible view! We were not aware until check-in however that there was no elevator so that meant climbing 5 flights of stairs each day. The view and the place were still worth it though! Lucas was very kind, professional, and courteous. Thank you :)

Cons: No elevator service!

Pros: Bardzo ładny i przestronny apartament. Kaucja 600 euro, zwrócona po pobycie. Czysto, wszystko jest co potrzebne. Niedaleko parking płatny. Piękny widok na morze i port. Blisko plaża kamienista, ale rozległa z leżakami. Blisko do restauracji, na dole pyszne steki. Nicea jest piękna!

Cons: Brak windy :( Małe łazienki, ale za to są dwie.

Pros: Positive : perfect location and very responsive management Negative: the listing mentions two bathrooms, but doesn’t explain that there are two bathrooms with showers/sinks but no toilet, and the only toilet is in a room near the front door while the two bathrooms are in the back of the apartment.
