Good apartment near the beach and 20 minute walk to old town.

Pros: The host was lovely, with a lot of helpful recommendations. She and her daughter met us when we arrived and were both very friendly and welcoming. Apartment ticks all the boxes for a nice stay.

Cons: The free parking is a 15 minute walk from the apartment. Someone in the building smokes and the smell of smoke gets into the bathroom quite regularly. The building is a bit rundown but the actual apartment is maintained nicely.

A great stay in Nice!

Pros: The host was exceptionally helpful, greeted us at the property and communication prior to our arrival and once there was very good. Good location, 5 minute stroll to the promenade, restaurants etc

Cons: Parking, we were grateful to have a parking spot, especially at such a busy time in Nice with the TdF however was a good 10 minute walk from the property.

The best place to stay and relax in Nice

Pros: It was the most clean and the most nice place I’ve ever stayed while traveling Paris and Nice. Usually toilet in France was uncomfortable for me. But sea apartment Nice center bathroom was clean and comfortable. Also, host was nice and responded very immediately. Furthermore, there were some places host recommended and they were all perfect. I highly recommend this place to stay and relax while ur journey
