Excellent 3 bed rental in the hub of the old town.

Pros: The location was excellent, couldn’t have asked to be closer to the buzz of the old town. The apartment was also very spacious over three floors, very clean.

Cons: Only complaint would be noise from the road. But the view from the veranda windows is worth it!

Villa Kriss - top class!

Pros: Beautiful, spotlessly clean and comfortable property with everything you can think of. Breathtaking views and wonderful location. With the flower market / food market / Old Town at the end of the block, we couldn't ask for a better location. So glad I booked this property and would definitely book again.

Cons: Road noise was noticeable but in no way a deal breaker.

A perfect location to explore Old Nice, Seaviews, a luxury property!

Pros: Great location on the seafront & old town! A very spacious property on 3 levels. Ideal for our family of 6 adults. Beds very comfortable & the 2.5 Bathrooms, one with both a Shower & Bath were luxury! The kitchen was very well equipped with many utensils, FF, Oven, microwave, coffee machines, a great kitchen to cook in! The Balcony was lovely to sit out on in the morning & evening to watch the sunrise & set with the backdrop of the sea!

Cons: The noise from the road traffic between the property & the promenade, early morning & nighttime, but we would stay there again & would recommend it.
