Pros: Posizione ottima, vista mare (con balcone) a due passi dal centro storico. Angolo cottura con cucina ben attrezzata. Ottimo rapporto qualitá/prezzo, personale al chek-in accogliente e disponibile.

Cons: Parcheggi in zona a pagamento un pó cari (peccato non facciano offerte forfait su piú giorni).

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand und Stadtnähe. Nizza lässt sich von dort aus entspannt erkunden!

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist umfangreich ausgestattet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Wie z.B. Strandhandtücher, Handseife, Duschhandtücher, Salz, Pfeffer, Tee, Toilettenpapier, Waschmittel, Putzmittel etc. Für eine Unterkunft mit Selbstverpflegung ist diese hier sehr gut ausgerüstet. Uns wurde auch ein Wein zur Begrüßung in den Kühlschrank gestellt :) Die Lage ist direkt an der Promenade des Anglais und 5 min. Von der Altstadt entfernt. Von dort ist man schnell Morgens zum Markt gelaufen und kann dort frisches Obst und Gemüse, sowie Backwaren kaufen.
