Modern apartment in a perfect location just metres from the Promenade des Anglais and old town

Pros: This is a very modern and clean apartment right in the heart of the old town and just metres from the Promenade des Anglais. The host was kind enough to meet us outside to give us the keys and show us around. We requested a baby cot which was available to us, and all in all we had a wonderfully enjoyable and peaceful stay. Property exceeded my expectations (we stayed because I was running the Nice-Cannes Marathon and this was chosen as it was SO close to the start line to help my morning before the run)

Pros: Beautiful apartment in a great location , just off the main square but very quiet. Very helpful support from Florence. Well appointed and tastefully updated quite recently.

Cons: Lack of outside space but a great place to stay.

Pros: It was a perfect location. Right at the end of the market, a block off the beach, but so quiet. Communication was so fast and so easy. We would definitely stay there again!

Pros: The house was very spacious, clean, and well equipped. The location was perfect, very close to the beach and old town. We really enjoy our stay there, and definitely will come back.

Pros: The property was great, we were able to cook a full dinner with the kitchen facilities and do laundry. It is in a wonderful location, right in the middle of old town. Very lively market and square very close and right next to the beach! Our host was very helpful! Would definitely stay again!
