lovely appartement, close everywhere.

Pros: The appartement is very well situated near the park. It is close to the old city and the beach and in walking distance to the everywhere to visit. It is an old hotel building having all the facilities you need for the stay. .The host Marco is very friendly and helpful.

Comfortable studio in the center of Nice

Pros: The studio is very well situated just near the park. It is close to the old city and the beach and in walking distance to the train station. It is recently renovated, having all the facilities you need for the stay. Although it does not have a bed, the 2 sofas are comfortable, having their own mattress. The owner, Marc, is very friendly.

Pros: La posizione eccellente in pieno centro città e a ridosso dei mezzi pubblici più importanti per chi è in viaggio, con uno straordinario affaccio sulla Promenade du Paillion. Il contesto signorile dell'appartamento, le condizioni dell'appartamento dignitosissime, la cortesia e incredibile disponibilità dell'host Marco che ci ha fatto sentire immediatamente a casa, procurandoci appositamente finanche il lettino per il nostro bambino. Il tutto ad un prezzo concorrenziale. Non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore.

Cons: È andato tutto alla grande, ma se avete il sonno leggero qualche sera potreste sentire un po' di trambusto dalla strada.

Pros: Отличная студия в самом центре Ниццы, укомплектована всем необходимым. Стиральная машина, посудомоечная машина, холодильник, плита и духовка, микроволновая печь, а также все расходники были в наличии. Чистая квартира, с большими окнами и великолепным видом из окна. Марк - лучший хозяин, заботливый и решающий даже сложные задачи. А бутылка холодного розового вина при заселении задала отличное настроение! Настоятельно и от души рекомендуем!

In a nutshell it was a perfect stay and would come back again!

Pros: Excellent location, lots of restaurants, coffee shops, convenient stores and market, tram and bus stops nearby, walking distance to lots of attractions and shopping areas. The host, Marc, is very friendly and available to help.the studio is very well equipped (washing machine, dishwashing machine, iron, cutlery, plates, glasses etc)
