Lovely accommodation with a great location.

Pros: Location was very good, I would definitely recommend. Near the promenade and several coffee shops and supermarkets.

Cons: The mattress of the small bed is very hard. It sleeps very uncomfortably. It’s been stated a couple of times already. I hope that they soon invest in a better mattress , then they would definitely receive a 10!

Pros: Perfect apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Two balconies on opposite sides of the apartment, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchenette, window blinds. Ideal for hot summer days, with a very helpful host. Parking near the apartment can be challenging, but with a bit of searching, you can find a free spot.

Pros: Quite a spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 terraces on each side. A thing of note, one of the beds is quite soft, another one the contrary quite hard, for you to choose what you like. It is well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. It's located around 1-1.5k from the Old City and very close to the beach. The price for mid season was correct, and the host, Irine, very welcoming. You can leave your luggage with her in case of early arrival or late departure, something that is not very common when you rent a flat. The pix i posted are just before my departure, so don't mind the slight disorder.

Pros: Very reliable and kind contact person. Everything is very clean. The apartment looks like on the pictures. Quiet in and around the apartment, we had a good night sleep. And it´s close to many things: the coastal boulevard, tram stations to and from the airport, train station, restaurants, grocery stores.

Cons: As others already mentioned: 1 bed is a bit short when you are taller (over 175 cm). And only 1 key for several people can be a bit challenging. But these are small things. It´s a good place and we definitely can recommend a stay.

Large apartment in a central location in Nice.

Pros: The apartment is spacious and conveniently located close to the beach and the best places in Nice. It also has a very nice balcony. The host was very collaborative.
