MY CASA - GROSSO 14 - 5 min walk to beach

Pros: This space has great facilities - a washing machine included. It is located a 10 minute walk to the main beach/promenade and then a further 20 minute walk to the buzzing centre of Old Town Nice. It is on a fairly busy road but the windows block out a lot of the noise. The bed is a sofa bed which you need to fold out, assemble, and put sheets on yourself upon arrival. The apartment is nice and new, however I don't feel it was worth how much I paid. The hosts were really great with communication prior to and the day of my arrival and sent through instructions for key retrieval - which were all clear and easy to understand.

We love Nice

Pros: We are coming to Nice for the second time. We immediately fell in love with her. We will always want to come back here.

Cons: In my opinion, these are small things and very easily solved. The staff knows about it and I believe they will be gone next time.

Ich war schon oft in Nizza und finde die Stadt und die Menschen einfach toll.

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr schön gelegen in der Nähe von der Promenade

Cons: Etwas mehr Küchenutensilien wie ein Massbecher mindestens ein Liter und ein Schneebesen wären noch gut, ich koche auf meinen Reisen gerne selbst. Ansonsten war es für mich sehr gut.

Pros: Vi hade en jättebra vecka i Nice och det nyrenoverade boendet var perfekt för oss. Bara 5 minuter från stranden, nära till staden och många mataffärer i närheten. Mycket fräscht badrum och ett pentry för enkel matlagning och kaffe.

Cons: Trafiken utanför kunde störa, men med stängda fönster var det inga problem.

Pros: Coqueto, limpio, bien equipado , cerca de la playa y no muy lejos del centro. Acceso fácil y propietario atento

Cons: Espacio justo aunque ya se ve en las fotos, dos de las tres persianas del estudio no se podían bajar lo que resta intimidad y dificulta el sueño. El edificio tiene ascensor pero hay que subir escaleras para acceder al alojamiento ya que para entre pisos.
