Large magnificent terrace (40 sq.m)

Pros: Well equipped apartment with nice terrace and everything you need. Double bed in the bedroom and two beds in another tiny room. We recommend this wholeheartedly.

Pros: My three friends and I stayed for two nights last month. The location was excellent—close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was great, and the instructions for getting into the property were clear and easy to follow. The terrace was exactly as pictured and was the main reason we chose this place. We enjoyed coffee there in the mornings and wine with nibbles in the evenings—perfect! I would definitely recommend booking.

Beautiful and lovingly decorated apartment

Pros: Good location, walking distance to train, Promenade des Anglais, Place Massena. Many restaurants and shops nearby. It was quiet, clean, and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed!

Cons: Mosquitos. It rained one night, afterwards there were many mosquitoes.

Cons: Kaldığımız dönemde özellikle terasta çok fazla sivrisinek vardı

Her yere on 15 dakika uzaklıkta sessiz konforlu çok güzel bir teras olan daire

Pros: Yeşillikler içerisinde çok geniş ve güzel bir terası var, yatak odası yeterli genişlikte ve güzel bir gardrobu var. Banyo ve mutfakta yenilenmiş çok şirin. Air conditioning harika çalışıyor.

Cons: Ne yazıkki açık havada çok sivrisinek vardı.

Pros: nous avons aimé la terrasse fermée arborée ainsi que le caractère fonctionnel de l'appartement. les équipements bébé étaient présents comme prévu. l'emplacement est top. La propriétaire est très accueillante et disponible par message

Cons: la deuxieme chambre est mal isolée car plus véranda que chambre donc non utilisable sans mettre un chauffage d'appoint la télé ne fonctionnait pas
