Pros: The apartment was bright and sunny in late October, clean, and perfectly equipped. The location by the sea front and close to the centre was also great. It is spacious and quiet. There were supermarkets big and small a few minutes walk away. Elodie and her mum made special trips to the apartment for us without hesitation with special requests and allowed us early check in too. We felt well looked after and would stay again.

This was a comfortable quiet flat in a convenient location.

Pros: This was a roomy studio, more like a flat. It was comprehensibly equipped and spotlessly clean. The open plan kitchen, dining, living room meant that the space felt ample. Both the bed and the sofa were very comfortable. The shower was spacious and supplied with nice toiletries. It is on the seventh floor but there is a lift so no problem. Both the building and its surroundings were very quiet. The flat is very near numerous good cafes and restaurants in Myerbeer Street and round the corner in Rue de France. There are at least two boulangeries within a few minutes for your morning croissant. The tram stop Alsace Lorraine is around 15 minutes walk away and Nice -Ville Station around 20 minutes walk. There is a direct tram to the Airport from Alsace Lorraine. Trains run from Nice East to Ventimiglia and West to Marseilles with all stops in between and also to Grasse and Vence inland. Our host Elodie was very friendly and willing to fix any possible problems although we didn’t have any.

Pros: Fantastic location near the sea. Area quiet and feels very safe. Property had everything you could need, including some umbrellas for rain plus parasols. Also really good to have some washing up liquid, kitchen towel, and dish washer tablets provided. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Really comfy bed and sofa bed! Elodie is lovely and gave us lots of tips and information.

Cons: Nothing! It was great.

Nice weekend stay

Pros: Great location, amazing hosts, clean and comfortable. We got early check in and late check out, which was great bonus! Hosts reply very fast via message.

Cons: Would be nice to have paper towels. Otherwise fantastic!

Joyful accommodation for vivid promenades

Pros: Location was perfect and the apartment was spacious. Plus home owner was super elegant and gentile.

I love Nice and where we stayed...thank goodness ...we have found a decent place

Pros: It was the best place we have stayed in in Nice in that area...it is the 5th time we have stayed in that area...the apartment had everything even plasters (if you cut yourself) bright and comfortable and convenient...a big thank you to both to Marie-claude and her daughter Elodie...we wish you all the best... Would just like to add to you list of places to go Copenhagen Coffee Lab...great coffee La maison de marie ...for dinner a little nearer to the accommodation second time we have been there very good and La vogolia...I have lost count of the times we have been there...food always good. Sadly this time service not so good but it wont stop me from going again

Cons: 気になった点は、洗面所で顔を洗う時、頭上の鏡に頭が当たり上手く洗えなかった事と、出発日にチェックアウトの用意をしてる時、お知らせもなく建物の断水があった事です。
