A great property in a tranquil area

Pros: Really nice apartment which is particularly well equipped. We loved to sit out on the balcony and enjoy the wonderful Nice sunshine. Fabienne was a most helpful and kind host. Location is excellent with a short walk to the Promenade but not the business of the old city. The supermarket and bakeries are very close. Special mention to the amazing Roy bakery c 5 mins away and also an excellent Italian deli. A detour!

Cons: Rien

Pros: Everything is closed to the location , and I reached there early at 12am. The staff left me check inn earlier because me and my children, we were so tired. I really appreciated. Thank you aswell to fabienne. She responded quickly and always checked on me.

Cons: The only thing is I did not know how to use washing machine and cooker. It would have been better if they was instructions .

Pros: The host is very kind and always quick reply to our request. I thought there is no air conditioner there are 2 one for both living and bed room, it was very helpful for kids. We could find some supermarkets and restaurants close to the building. The building is old but we could have comfortable time.

Cons: We hope more water pressure of the shower and more cleaned room.

Pros: Excellent location, comfortable and clean. 10 minutes walking to center. 2 minutes walking to beach. Enjoyed it

Nice apartment, bad host

Pros: The location was good and the property was exactly like advertised in the pictures. It was easy to get around the city, the beach, and grocery stores and everything we needed.

Cons: The only problem with this property is the host. She wasn't there to hand over the keys at the time we had agreed. We had to wait 2 hours in front of the building without any message from her. When we were about to book another apartment she replied back saying she had a problem with her phone, which doesn't explain why nobody was there to open the door at the agreed time. Very very bad experience for me and my friend.

Pros: The location was excellent and we had everything we needed for us and our small children. We appreciated the little toys for the children.

Pros: Perfect location, near beach, 10 minutes walking from tramstation Alsace Lorraine and 20 minutes from Nice Ville trainstation. Many shops and restaurants nearby. Many kitchen utilities available, enough towels for a week stay, balcony on rather quiet street.

Pros: Well stocked kitchen, beach gear was there for us to use, comfy pull out couch, and access to smart tv for movie night!

Cons: There was no info for wifi upon arrival, but after quick messaging with the host, we received it.

Pros: Accueil chaleureux par MR.Mario! Appartement bien situé à distance de marche de tout les services, épiceries, restaurant, tram etc. Facile d’accès en tram directement de l’aéroport, arrêt à la station Alsace Loraine. Plage à quelques minutes de marche. Propreté et commodités de l’appartement.
