Ignore previous reviews - it is a sold, clean stay on a budget
Pros: 9/10 Close to the city centre Clean, has fridge, oven and microwave, cutlery etc No problems with hot water even for 5 people Literally opposite entrance to Lidl 2 beds and a couch that can be a double bed. Ignore previous reviews. They got me worried but none of the bad things were true! NO bed bugs in the coach, NO construction noise, NO noisy neighbours etc.
Cons: Keys collection from a shop under new name World Little Shop until 22:00. Thankfully our friends arrived earlier. It is off licence and they were open late the other day but not sure. No AC, just 3 fans but not an issue during October.

A perfect place to stay near the beach in Nice
Pros: The location, 5 minutes slow walk from the beach/promenade. LIDL just right in front of the building ( and another supermarket just around 200 meters to the left). Many restaurants, cafes, bakery, clubs nearby. But, it was quiet neighbourhood, that allowing you to sleep well at night. The flat is clean and well equipped: quite complete kitchen utensils and basic materials (salt, pepper, coffee), in the bathroom soap, shampoo, hair dryer, iron, etc. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The towels were clean, soft and thick. It is also quite spacious. The check in and out was easy. The owner was so kind, informative and helpful. When we had technical problem, he solved it right away.
Cons: The building is an older one, you may be doubtful when you enter it. The floors and the doors/flats are unmarked/unnumbered. So, you wereńt sure that you try to open the right door (although there was quite clear instruction from the owner). The door was heavy and to unlock it, at the beginning can be challenging. But once you manage to open it, you know the trick and it is quite easy. And the explanation in the e-document, which was sent was really clear.

Nice stay in Nice
Pros: Nice apartment in near proximity to our sightseeing in Nice. The kitchen had all we needed. Our children loved the bathtub. Host quick to answer questions and very helpful.
Cons: Sofa-bed a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. No views from the apartment.

Pros: Contact with the hosts leading up to the arrival date was good. The key pick up location was initially hard to find as the shop name and front were different to what was communicated. However once inside we were happy with the size of the apartment. Maybe needs another sofa or comfy chair in the lounge. No hot water in the kitchen, so used a pot to transfer water from the bathroom. Washing up facilities were provided which was good. Only one towel per person, no hand or face towel left. Location is perfect, just be aware there are alot of steps to the apartment once in the building.

Pros: Owner is very good at communicating and apartment was in good order.
Cons: No coffee on 1st morning as per booking.com but made up for late checkout due to ill health

Great location - only 4 minutes to the beach!
Pros: The proximity to the beach, city center and the supermarkets was great. We also had everything we needed to cook and eat our breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
Cons: It don’t have the lift and we only got one key for the group of 4 people, so we always had to coordinate who needs to carry it. Upon arrival the flat wasn’t clean and we had to wait for 1,5 hours more. The kitchen wasn’t cleaned to our Swiss/German standards.

Trendy and Close to Beach
Pros: Nice Host. Good location and Trendy Vibes. The beach umbrella and mats were awesome. A Lidl right in front
Cons: The washroom was separate and hard to exhaust, but not a big issues
