Pros: The terrace was nice, also the location - close to the Promenade.

Cons: It was difficult to enter the bathroom and the host didn’t speak any English :(

Pros: We were allowed to check in to the apartment early. The owner is very helpful. The apartment has everything for a normal stay. The terrace is a big plus, we spent most of our time there. Trolleybus, buses, restaurants, grocery stores, everything is close to the apartment. The beach is very close. I highly recommend it.

Great base for a couple to explore Nice

Pros: The owner was very helpful and accomodating and let us into the property early, fantastic courtyard and it was what it said it was

Cons: A few mosquitoes around but some coils fixed that up pretty quickly

Cons: Bed in the living room wasn’t the best for a longer stay, we slept for a 4 nights I think it could be a bit more comfortable

4 night stay in Nice

Pros: Terrace is amazing, lovely and big. Facilities were great. Apartment on the whole was really good. Close to the beach, promenade, Lidl, train station.

Cons: I've have preferred to sleep in a bed and be able to use the couch late in the evening to sit and read when wet outside. Couch bed was absolutely fine but as a solo traveller, having somewhere comfortable indoors would have been a preference.

Pros: Very nice apartment, perfect for 4 people. The terrace is super spacious. There's also a washing machine in the apartment, which is a big plus. I highly recommend it.

Perfect!

Pros: Great apartment with a lovely host. Definitely recommend the place. We could find there everything what we needed. Also the place was extremely clean!

Cons: The only disadvantage is a creaky bed

Pros: Great, fully equipped apartament with fantastic terrace. Location convenient and safe with short distance to the beach, public communication and Lidl. Very nice, empathic and helpfull owner. All was great, I really recommend this place.
