Perfect location and very comfortable apartment

Pros: The apartment is spacious and has everything a traveler might need. The location is perfect, the sea is just across the street. To walk to the city centre along the promenade is very nice.

Cons: Everything was fine, no complains.

Great place to stay⁶

Pros: Location. Close to transport to airport and main tourist areas food outlets and excellent restaurant

Cons: The bathroom is a bit tired, no working sink plug

Relaxing, sun & fun !

Pros: Court yard which is across from the beach, full kitchen & alot of space in the apartment.

We had a great stay and would stay here again

Pros: Location, spaciousness, personal outside space, good a/c. good sound-proofing from road when doors shut at night.

Cons: The bed was a little soft for us, some of the items like towels were beginning to show their age (though clean), some cleaning a little poor and cutlery / glasses not co-ordinated - all fairly minor, but worth mentioning as areas that could be improved on a little.

Pros: The location was exceptional. The apartment is very large and airy. Perfect for one or a couple. The bed is very comfortable and the apartment is very secure. The owner and concierge are very kind and helpful. It’s hard to understate just how well located this apartment is. Close to or beside everything lovely in Nice!

Cons: I was very happy and there is nothing I did not like. There are a few maintenance things that would improve the experience even more. The garden gate needs oiling, as it was sometimes hard to open. And the garden needs pruning as the plants are obstructing the light. One smaller pots in the cupboard do not work with the induction hob and the bedside lightbulb needs replacing as it is too dim. But these are small things. Easily fixed.

Beautiful apt with sea views, perfect location & really nice owner!

Pros: Perfect location, in front of the beach, own entrance from the Promenade del English . Beautiful compact apartment with sea views and a nice terrace & outside space, everything you need, close to a grocery shop, restaurants & caffès. Great owner , Alain helps you with all the information you ask.

Cons: I would like a cleaning service more often, especially if you spend 10 days there like I did.

Lovely large apartment with super private garden in a great location.

Pros: The garden was fabulous. Great sea views and even a private entrance. Very spacious interior.

Cons: The electrics need a review. The shower surrounds need a bit of freshening up.

Pros: Directly on the coastal promenade. Fully equipped kitchen. Parking is solved.

Pros: Great location, for the beach, loved being able to cross the road and swim... Air con was brilliant as it was so hot outside... ( heatwave ) We had an ant problem, couldn't be helped?. exceptional heat ? Cleared up with a raid anti ant device quickly.. Parking was an issue, so had to park on street 10 mins walk away. There was payment metered parking outside the property but in high demand, and you can only put 2 hrs on at a time...

Cons: Ants, 🤣... but cleared after treatment.

Was perfect in all

Pros: Location is perfect, room was clean , kitchen had all items you need , Susanna who looking after the apartment would do any thing for the comfort of the guest.

Cons: Please lower the clothes hanging rack in the closet
