Great apartment! We would definitely stay there again

Pros: Great location! Very clean and comfortable. David was very helpful and checked on us. Perfect stay.

Pros: Great location, easy communication with the host. Comfortable bed and good shower. I will definitely be back.

Pros: The location was good, with supermarkets around, easy access to public transport and the central part of Nice.

Cons: 1. The strong smell of cigarettes in the room and bedding were impregnated with the smell. It was hard to sleep. 2. Lots of noise coming from an air outlet inside the bathroom. Making it even more unpleasant to sleep a restful sleep.

Pros: Super easy to get access. David is lovely and i texted him something about the vent in the toilet and he immediately came to check. The apartment is comfy and you have coffee pods to use (great perk). Other perks: - proximity with the Promenade des Anglais (literally few minutes walking) - Lidl literally around the corner - Carrefour a couple of streets away

Pros: David was a very helpful host, who was easy to contact, it is a good location nearby to the beach and local supermarkets, would recommend and stay here again if I have any future visits

Pros: Our stay at the property was satisfactory and the apartment matched the photos provided. Although compact, the apartment is equipped with all the essentials. We particularly appreciated the ample storage space in the bathroom during the rainy weekend, as it facilitated drying. An additional power strip would have been useful, yet it wasn’t a significant issue due to the ample number of outlets available. We were very pleased with the host, David, who was prompt in his responses and very accommodating. Once again, THANK YOU!:-) The neighbourhood surrounding the apartment was quiet at night; the location is conveniently accessible from the airport via tram. Handing over the keys with no problem. We would recommend this place.

Pros: House was overall good, the owner was attentive to our needs. The house is close to Lidl and the beach so that's a big +.

Petit studio bien situé, parfait pour un court séjour

Pros: Bon emplacement. Rue tranquille, proches des commerces. Cuisine bien équipée. Bonne insonorisation avec l’extérieur.

Cons: Poignée de porte de salle de bain cassée, à remplacer. Bouche de VMC dans la salle de bain absente, cause d' une forte aspiration. Table très étroite.
