Best stay in Nice!

Pros: The apartment is nicely decorated and comfortable. It has everything you could need for your stay. It’s perfect for a family of 4. My kids were comfortable sleeping in the couch that becomes a bed. Marie and her husband thought for every little detail. She’s a great host, responding for every issue we might have. She even left us a bottle of rose in the fridge. The location is perfect to visit Nice and enjoy its atmosphere. Near the apartment there is a parking garage.

Pros: Decoration and facilities are perfect, location is great, easy walking to anywhere. The landlord is very nice gave us useful information to better experience Nice.

Cons: Except that there is no lift in the building to the apartment, but it’s still OK, the apartment is so close to the sea to the restaurants and in old city we can not be too demanding.

Pros: The apartment is in a great location, clean, tidy and everything is beautifully and tastefully furnished, spacious and bright. It is clear that attention to detail was paid. The owner made an effort and welcomed us with a bottle of wine. Easy communication about picking up the key and all the necessary information. Everything you need to prepare meals is in the kitchen. We were also pleasantly surprised with coffee, tea, spices and all kitchen appliances are there to make your stay easier and pleasant. The beds are comfortable, even in the living room. Also, all the cosmetics are in the bathroom, which is separate from the toilet, which is actually not bad. There are a couple of great restaurants and bars below the apartment. Flat is close to the center, close to the beach, relatively close to the train station, great really. The apartment is highly recommended by our small group. 😊

Cons: The internet signal could be stronger, but it certainly didn't spoil our impression or stay. Everything else was more than good.

Pros: The apartment is in an ideal location, 2 steps to the promenade, close to the old town, a store with food and many cafes. The apartment is large, beautiful, it is nice to just spend time in it. The kitchen has everything you need: utensils, coffee. The hostess prepared for us a bottle of wine and water. Thank you! Always was in touch if there were any questions.

Cons: Wifi constantly had to be reset, as written in other reviews, it really did not work well, if you need it for work - think about it. And you should also know that the stairs are very steep and it is the 4th floor, we were with a small child and a stroller - went up to the top every time. We knew about it in advance, so no question to the host.

Great location and value for money.

Pros: The apartment was ideally located close to the promenade and shops and restaurants. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Lots of storage. Kitchen had some good facilities for tea and coffee. Short walk away from the train station which was ideal for us.

Cons: The wifi was a bit patchy and had to restart it a few times to get it working. Otherwise no complaints.
