10/10 will be returning next year

Pros: Friendly person at key collection location, gorgeous views and amazing location, huge apartment and air conditioning was a blessing

Cons: The key location place is a lengthy walk from the apartment but overall really nice place

Pros: The location was 10/10, the apartment was huge, and overall we loved it

Cons: We had to pick the keys up from a different location, about a 10minute walk from the place. The blanket was very thin, but we were able to find a duvet in the closet. Unfortunately there was no duvet cover, nor pillow cases for the extra pillows. The door is very hard to unlock.

Pros: Perfect position for exploration of Old Nice and happy wanderings along the Promenade. Beautiful apartment with everything you could wish for.

Pros: Loved location and the space /it felt so French and was perfect

Cons: Pillows are horrendous and finding place to collect keys was difficult

Exceeded all expectations. The location and the balcony were amazing.

Pros: Fantastic location with a balcony overlooking the sea. The property itself is a large old town apartment

Pros: Lovely spacious apartment in a fantastic location.

Cons: Extra pillows for the bed would have been good. The plugs by the bed side tables were not working. I would suggest the balcony area is smartened up as looked a bit tired.

Pros: Fantastic location, it is at the promenade. Nice, big flat, comfortable for 2 person. It really has sea view. The office to get the key is just a few minutes walk.

Cons: Nothing.

Beautiful apartment with seaviews, shame about the Zen agency, broken heating and no bath

Pros: The property was great, well proportioned and really beautiful, with a balcony overlooking the sea. Personally, I'd prefer a bath at the property to go from a small to a big smile for facilities. The fully equipped kitchen including a washer/dryer was appreciated and well used. Nice location.

Cons: Having to collect the keys from the office of the Zen letting agency, was inconvenient, necessitating 2 journeys, it would be nicer to meet at the property. Also the extra €300 property deposit taken was unexpected given we'd already paid via Booking.com. The heating / AC in the property was broken, it was just warm enough for this not to be a big issue.

We were very pleased with the flat and hope to return

Cons: Only a few things that could be “touched up”
