Very nice, I reccomend!

Pros: Very good apartment and I reccomend it if you travel with friends or small family (ideal for 4 persons). Stephanie is a very nice host (we have not met in person, but she gave us very specific instructions regarding keys and the apartment). She also allowed us to check-in earlier, which was superb helpful! The location is quite nice, not far from the center and to the beach. Lots of shops, bus/tram stops, train station and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very clean, it has very nice terrace also, in clean/warm night you could probably even sleep there. It is very quiet there (windows are not from the street, entrance is from very small back alley with no traffic).

Cons: Nothing in particular.

Pros: The location was pretty good. 2 km to the center and to the beach. Really close to the train station and bus/tram stops. Shops and restaurants nearby. Very clean, and lots of space on the apartment. Really nice terrace aswell. Quiet building and great instructions from the host. High recommendation!

Nice place to enjoy la belle Nice

Pros: Sthepanie was great, and so the place. When i arrived i call her to ask her something about the door she came right away , she also lives 5 minutos away so thats better if you need anything . The place was very clean and it has everything you may need . If you like to walk you can go to the important places by walking but theres transport near. If you go anytime is crazy hot outside like this time the house has air conditioning so its really nice to stay there .

Pros: Everything was perfect. Stephanie was there for every kind of help we needed. Accommodation had everything what you need for nice holiday. Location is superb, only 15th minutes of walk to the Promenade des Anglais. When I come back, without doubt I will pick this apartment again.

Pros: Appertement wel goed, fijn met een binnen tuintje.

Cons: De locatie was wat minder goed. Best ver lopen naar het centrum en weinig dingen in de buurt.

Pros: COUP DE CŒUR SUR NICE ! Magnifique, super bien équipé, accueil chaleureux avec une magnifique décoration et une propreté irréprochable. L’odeur de l’appartement était vraiment apaisant je recommande.
