MY CASA - ETATS UNIS 893 - Studio on Seafront in Old Town

Perfect apart from wardrobe malfunction.

Pros: Perfect location, felt very safe has all the appliances you could need for long or short stay. Have stayed here many times and will do so again.

Cons: The wardrobes are not operating properly they come off the tracks. Very heavy and hard to open and close.

Pros: Location is perfect, the apartment has all you need and is clean

Cons: The wardrobe doors do not work properly they are a hazard they slide off the grids, when I arrived at the property one door was not sitting right on the grids it was a safety issue for anyone with not enough strength to pull it open and close. The door with the mirror is extremely heavy it takes force to even open them. The mattress is very hard also. Other than those two points the property is perfect for a stay in NICE

Pros: Great location, at the border of old town, and also near sea shore. Apartment has all facilities that you ever need on vacation. Everything was very clean.

Cons: Air conditioning was indoor unit with hose going out of the window - it was too loud and it could not slow down the fan, temp control didn't work, it was always setup to max. Noise from the street in the evening can be very disturbing if you want to sleep well. It is because of the restaurant and clubs near by. Elevator is half floor down, not at the same level as apartment.

Great seaside spot by the old town and tram with just a few small drawbacks

Pros: Excellent location! Right on the beach, very close to the old town and just a few minutes’ walk from the tram stop. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed.

Cons: A few things could be improved: Check-in is at a separate building about 500 meters away, which is quite inconvenient with heavy luggage. The kettle has a lot of limescale and needs replacing. The bathroom sink is positioned right under the cabinet — you bump your head while washing your face or brushing your teeth. The pillows are too flat and soft, not comfortable for sleeping.

Pros: Managing company helped me with getting a delivery from a postman. I also has shut the door with my bag inside reigh before the leave. The key arrived quickly, I wasn't late on plane.

Cons: The window in the bathroom was broken (not possible to close).

Bra prisvärd lägenhet

Pros: Bra läge, enkelt att checka in, fräscht och hade de grejer man behövde i köket, badrum osv. Mycket prisvärd för det man fick! :)

Cons: AC:n är stationär och sprutade därför ur varmluft på baksidan men lägenheten blev inte super uppvärmd av solen så det fungerade hyfsat bra ändå.

Pros: Отличное расположение, в квартире есть все необходимое.

Pros: Konum muazzam! Hem plaja iki adım hem de restoran, bar ve kafelere. Toplu taşıma duraklarına da sadece 3 dakika mesafede.

Cons: Klima çok gürültülü çalışıyor ve tahliye borusu sebebiyle pencereyi kapatamıyorsunuz. O zaman da klima sesine ilave olarak tüm dış gürültü de içeri giriyor.

bien apprécié le calme et l emplacement

Pros: l emplacement idéal, immeuble ( pas le studio) face à la mer , entre la vieille ville et l opera. l ensemble est coloré et propre. visiblement ce studio venait d être remis à neuf

Cons: MAIS encore quelques menus travaux seraient à faire: remettre les planches des étagères du placard. raccourcir les rideaux qui sont trop longs et déjà sales repeindre le radiateur électrique de la chambre car rouillé; facilité du branchement des appareils électriques à revoir et changer ou laver le tapis de sol

Ottima location

Pros: Posizione ottima fronte mare e in zona centrale. Appartamento piccolo ma accogliente e silenzioso
