Great apartment, but not a lot of attention to small homely details that make guests feel welcome/appreciated.

Pros: Brilliant location, close to all our Nice favourites. Spacious, well equipped with a nice balcony

Cons: It’s a shame that the poor quality bed linen and meagre provision of towels/pillows let it down. These things matter to today’s travel-savvy renters who are paying high prices for accommodation.

Pros: Loved location. It was perfect. Loved how it was decorated and extremely clean. and the owners were very helpful. A beautiful place.

Cons: The only thing I could think of was maybe a privacy curtain on the door going into the room with the Sofa bed.

Pros: Amazing Location! Beautifully equipped apartment., comfortable beds, cool even in 35 degree weather due to very efficient aircon.

Cons: Drains in two showers didn't work and bathrooms flooded.

Pros: Fantastic location in old town and right by the promenade/beach. Well maintained, beautifully furnished with very comfy beds. Loved sitting out on the balcony, watching the world go by. Was plenty of room for family of 5.

Pros: Location in the old town close to everything we needed. Spacious apartment. Nice balcony overlooking the beautiful opera house. Responsive host who was very helpful. Comfortable beds. Having a bathroom for each room.

Cons: Wardrobe space in the front and back bedrooms.

Pros: Great location, well stocked kitchen, 3 spotless bathrooms. Enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evening, watching the world go by.

Cons: Third bedroom is straight in from the front door of the apartment. Not a big issue, but the very uneven floor was tricky.

Amazing location and comfortable apartment

Pros: You can’t get a better location for a trip to Nice, especially if it’s your first time. It was right in between the old town and the promenade, so which ever way you wanted to go you were never far from anywhere. The apartment was nicely fitted out and had lots of interesting bits of decor which was fun to be in.

Cons: There weren’t enough towels for our group of 5, the toilet paper was out in one of the bathrooms and the laundry detergent was almost empty.

Pros: Tout était parfait. La décoration était plus que parfaite. Tout était bien réfléchi. On avait envie d'y vivre!

Cons: Le seul problème était à l'entrée de l'immeuble: la porte d'entrée étant en panne, elle restait tout le temps ouverte. Par contre, à l'étage de l'appartement , il y avait une double porte qu'on devait ouvrir à clé

Pros: The location of the property is great, just behind the Opera House and next to the lively centre of the town. Besides the property was very clean, safe and comfortable. Hosts were responsive and problem solving. Value for money.
