MY CASA - ETAT UNIS 93 INDIGO - Amazing Sea View Aprt with AC

Pros: The location was perfect and the wide balcony with amazing seaviews amazing!

Overall a great stay. Everything was perfect apart from smell and other minor things.

Pros: This was the best location in the whole of Nice. The prime beach and sea view.

Cons: The bed, blanket were small for two people. There was a smell coming from the shower room, and the washing machine has some issues.

Pros: Great location across road from beach, apartment has everything that was required for my stay.

Cons: It was a bit of a pain to have to go and collect the keys on the way to the apartment. A couple of minor things that would improve stay ability to close shutters or a curtain to darken bedroom and the Kitchen could do with a few more everyday use glass tumblers.

Pros: Prime location, view, appliance in good working condition. Pretty spacious.

Cons: All fabric covered surface in the apartment may need to be replaced.

Pros: This is a self catering apartment and the kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was a nice size with a good shower. The sitting room was light and spacious with a balcony overlooking the Med. It was February but we still managed to have breakfast on the balcony most mornings. As its on the fifth floor, with lift, you were above any traffic noise and you have a great view of the Med. Close to the old town with plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Cons: The bed wasn't that comfy. Maybe they should turn the mattress every now and then as I kept rolling into the middle. Otherwise not a lot to dislike.

Pros: coming for years to this place we enjoy the position,the convinience.the bathroom and shower are excellent.easy check in and -out.

Cons: tv with reception problems. the dryer ( washing machine) is not working properly.

Pros: Absolutely excellent apartment - fantastic view on the sea, quieter part of Promenade (only one car lane), good sound isolation, apartment is very comfortable and well equipped, good communication with host agency.

Pros: Excellent location overlooking the beach and in the edge of the old town. Great balcony.

Cons: The wardrobe was a bit small with doors that didn’t slide open very easily

Séjour professionnel qui s'est déroulé à merveille. Le cadre, la vue ont bien collaboré à tout ça !

Pros: Quel vue magnifique dans cet appartement, soit depuis le salon, soit depuis la chambre (et même de la salle de bains). La localisation est juste parfaite au pieds des commerces et surtout de la mer ! Mon centre de formation se trouvait à 500m.

Cons: Du fait que l'appartement a beaucoup d'ensoleillement (et c'est excellent en fait!!), il serait bien de prévoir un rideau occultant dans la chambre pour dormir dans la pénombre. C'est un détail car sinon tout est super !

Cons: everything was perfect
