MY CASA - GARIB - Place Garibaldi - 4 bedrooms - Balcony

Pros: Excellent location. Fantastic accommodation and specious rooms. Host was very good and helpful.

A great apartment in a great location within Nice.

Pros: It was good. We were told where to collect the key and at what time. We did and the lady was helpful with directions. The property was then a 5 minute walk away.

Cons: Our flights arrived into France about 10:30am, and we had four suitcases amongst our party. We got to the pick up location before 12n, but could not collect the keys early. So we went and found a place to eat and called back at 2pm.

We would certainly consider using it again and would recommend it to others.

Pros: Proximity to the old town and local facilities . Nice view onto the Place Garibaldi. We loved the space for a family group Lots of hot water and pleasant bedrooms.

Cons: All good but a couple of items need replacing such as a chipped plate, stain on the divan. TV instructions need to be written up- we were unable to access the TV during our stay. Access to the refuse bins was a bit precarious.

Perfect apartment in prime position

Pros: This apartment is undersold in its description!! It is situated is in prime position to explore Nice! minutes from the tram station from the airport. 10 minute walk to the beach! The apartment is spacious, airy and quirkily decorated. It is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Bed linen and towels we clean and of a good quality.

Pros: Location - couldn't be better! Well thought out and decorated apartment. Good level of equipment, eg, in kitchen. Great wifi.

Cons: Would have been much more convenient to have had an entry code or key box. Awkward trying to explain to the taxi that we had to go via another location. Also the key did not fit the lock correctly and took a long time to \

Pros: Apartment was a great size for our group. Well equipped with all necessary items needed for our stay. Good location.

Cons: Street noise at nighttime.

Perfect apartment for large groups

Pros: The apartment was very clean, very big for 8 persons, the bedrooms was nice with small double beds. The kitchen and the big dining table was working perfect 👍. 5 Place Garibaldi is just on the corner of Nice Old City, and the train station (from Airport) is just to minutes walk away 😀

Cons: We would prefer to have at least to set of door keys, when 8 people is staying in the apartment 😕 It is not optimal to have one large quilt to share, - when e.g two friends have to share one bed 😕 There were some problems with the drain in the shower cubicle in the bedroom facing the yard.

Pros: Beautifully decorated and well equipped. Great location.

Cons: Some noise from square below late at night but this is the price to be paid for a great location.

Comfortable stay!

Pros: The location was magnificent and the apartment was spacious and spotless clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. Check-in and check-out was easy, no complaints regarding anything!

Loved the apartment, loved Nice and everything we saw and did there

Pros: We all loved our stay in the apartment and the location was great and we all loved Nice - thank you

Cons: We were traveling with our grown up adult children so only one (1) key made doing things difficult as someone always needed to be nearby to find the key. With 6 adults traveling around and exploring and all doing different things the “one key thing” made things tricky so a second key would be helpful.
