Superbe Appartement Au Coeur du Vieux Nice !

Overall a very pleasant stay and would gladly recommend it to anyone visiting Nice for either a short or long term stay.

Pros: Unbeatable location, with amazing views over the Saleya market and the sea and promenade through the arches. A really well thought out apartment, spacious and comfortable with a beautiful brick vaulted ceiling and original features combined with modern style. Plenty of room to have guests for a meal and the kitchen well equipped. The entrance is through the Casa Leya restaurant below. The staff were friendly and the food good. The property is exceptional value compared to others in the old town.

Cons: Can be a bit noisy late at night at weekends, WiFi not useable in the bedrooms and occasionally glitched while watching TV or on a zoom call in the living area. Bathroom extractor fan too noisy in one bedroom.

Superb Location

Pros: Great apartment in a superb location. You don't need a car in Nice, lots of buses, trams, trains and a lovely airport. We did so much walking and had a great day trip to Monoco. Nice and Monoco were so festive in December. Great restaurants and bars everywhere. I will definitely return soon.

Beautiful apartment, with the best of both worlds - views to the sea and to the square.

Pros: Perfect location for exploring Nice, stylish, clean and comfortable accommodation.

Cons: No air con in the front bedroom, we had the fan on at night however it was still quite warm.

View to Mediterranean in one direction and busy restaurant strip the other

Pros: The location close to beach and easy access to the old city. Well equipped. Easy access.

Cons: Not so much didn’t like in a section of town with amazing eateries and thus lots of people who were having fun. So could be noisy into early hours. But worth it for location.

Great accommodation if you wanna live , like a locals during your visit .

Pros: We visited Nice during the carnival periods and outside it was very noisy . But I didn’t knew that until not opened the window ! It was unbelievable! We had everything what needed. For next visit I’ll choose this apartment again !

Location is great...

Pros: The central location to everything... the beach, the restaurants, the sights, the old town and everything it has to offer

Cons: It is a noisy location situated above a cafe. If you are a light sleeper this is not the apartment for you with music going until 2am... We were busy from lots of activities during the day and it was not too disturbing. One of our guests had to sleep with ear pligs

Perfect for Foodies and those who like to sit out late at night. Not recommended for young families.

Pros: The Location is perfect for access to the old town and the Promenade D' Anglais as well as the trams/buses for trips further afield. The apartment is spacious, well equipped, very clean and comfortable with excellent bathroom and shower facilities. The hosts were very helpful, the directions and instructions for the key access were clear and easy to follow.

Cons: Its location is not for those who want an early night as it is right in the heart of the bar and restaurant area of the old town, one of which you need to squeeze past diners to get to your door. That said the restaurant staff were very polite and friendly and we can recommend the food there. The apartment bedrooms are lacking in shelf and drawer space so we found ourselves using the floor for some items. The bathroom extractor fan was on constantly which may disturb any light sleepers.

Cons: When we arrived the staff-person of the restaurant did not know of the key box. But it all worked out fine. We had trouble closing the door (no handle) but the staff/ contact person at Booking.com helped us:) Last thing: Bedside lamp was loose from the wall, we sent pictures

Absolutely perfect for a short stay to take in all that Nice has to offer right on your doorstep.

Pros: Apartment is located right in the heart of the old town very close to the beach and a short walk to the main attractions and restaurants of Nice.

Cons: No complaints. They even laid on perfect weather :)
