Perfect location in Nice with a spectacular rooftop pool

Perfect stay, great location

Pros: The location is incredible, literally on the main promenade facing the sea (although the actual apartment isn’t a sea view). Short walk to old town. Rooftop pools are a massive bonus

Cons: Quite compact apartment and the shower pressure wasn’t great

Pros: Host Regis was excellent. Met us on arrival and obliged us on departure with luggage.

Pros: Everything was very good. Régis is very nice. He helped us how to get to the accommodation. We were able to check in sooner, he came out to the bus stop ahead of us. The accommodation is right on the beach, it had everything we needed. The view from the roof terrace is beautiful. There are many shops, cafes and bakeries nearby. The bus stop is a 1-minute walk from the accommodation.

An amazing location with great facilities, highly recommend.

Pros: The location of royal lux is excellent, the apartment is small but more than adequate for a couple. The fridge is large enough to store what you need for few days stay. The roof top area is fabulous with amazing views over Nice. It was very quiet at night so we were not kept up. The shower is good, plenty of hot water and powerful. There is so much to do in the area you will be spoilt for choice with restaurants and bars. Le cantene de meme is a 10 minute walk which is worth a visit for the excellent food.

Cons: The bed is a sofa bed so not the comfiest and a few extra sheets would be nice especially when the weather is warmer and you do not want to be sleeping with a duvet.

Pros: The property is in great location, the manager very nice to deal with and very helpful.

Cons: The sofa that we slept on kept squeaking every time I turned around, but otherwise the apartment was great.

Pros: Gunstige ligging en bijzonder vriendelijke beheerder. We moesten eigenlijk om 11.00 uitchecken maar omdat we een avondvlucht hadden konden we tot 16.00 uur de kamer behouden.

Cons: Wifi werkte niet

Pros: Spitzen Lage, super Blick vom Dach über Nizzas Promenade. „Club“ im 7. Stock, der zur Verfügung steht, Pool am Dach. Balkon vom Appartement in den Innenhof, daher ruhige Nächte. Kleines Appartement - ideal für einen Trip nach Nizza. Vielen Dank!
