Èze - Appartement dans bas de villa avec piscine près de Monaco

Amazing place!

Pros: Amazing apartment and amazing view from the swimming pool. Reality is even better than the pictures. The owner was so kind - he also suggested us a nice restaurant which he booked for us for dinner.

Cons: Nothing. The road to arrive is narrow so it takes time to enter / exit from the property

Pros: Villa is clean and beautiful. It was a pleasure to stay there . Friendly owner.

Wonderful villa stay

Pros: Immaculate villa with excellent amenities, especially the vintage games! The view is incredible and lovely to admire from the various decking/seating areas. Well decorated inside and the welcome drinks are an added bonus! Will definitely want to visit again.

Cons: Nothing to fault with the property.

Astonishing Romantic Location

Pros: Really exceptional villa, modern, well equipped, nice decorated into the very small details, weather was cold, so we couldn't use the swimming pool, but it is amazingly located. The view from the leaving room and balcony is just astonishing. The host answered very fast and always positively for any of our requests. Crazy location for relaxation vacation yet, close to everywhere between Monaco and Nice

Cons: The access road is a bit complicated, especially if you have a big car. It is fit more for small cars :-)

Pros: Emplacement exceptionnel ; discrétion des propriétaires.

Cons: Bruit de la route en continu. Quelques menus détails à corriger pour que ce soit parfait : mettre à disposition des serviettes de bain pour la piscine, mettre un plateau pour pouvoir apporter tout ce qu’il faut pour un repas dehors, mettre des verres à dents dans la salle de bain…

Coin de paradis

Pros: Les photos descriptives sont parfaitement correspondantes avec la réalité. La vue est vraiment superbe et l’appartement est très agréable à vivre, on se sent chez soi.

Cons: La piscine un peu fraîche à mon goût, mais un détail par rapport au reste.

Wunderbare Zeit im Haus genossen

Pros: Wunder schöne Unterkunft, gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr, Herrliche Sicht auf das Meer, grosse Holzterrasse vor dem Haus, perfekte Einrichtung der Zimmer und der Wohnessküche

Cons: Keine Negativpunkte

Pros: Dům je opravdu nádherný, se skvělým výhledem na moře, bazén, terasy, vybavení celého domu naprosto předčilo mé očekávání. Co nás ale překvapilo..... V domě ve vrchním patře bydlí zřejmě majitelé, takže tam nejste sami. Máte pronajaté pouze přízemí domu. Sice dopoledne odjeli a přijeli navečer, ale přes noc tam parkovaly 3 auta a několikrát, když jsme byli u bazénu, viděli jsme jejich pohyb v okně, zřejmě tam měli kuchyň. Okno mají směrem přímo k bazénu, takže pokud vyžadujete soukromí kvůli opalování třeba nahoře bez, tam jej mít nebudete. Myslím, že toto by měli mít někde uvedené. Cesta k domu je hodně do kopce a jsou tam serpentýny, takže velkým autem trochu problém. Nicméně nádherné prostředí, klid a určitě doporučuji!!!
