Pros: Great location. Not too noisy (you hear the tram - tram stop is very close). Great view. Close to restaurants and the beach. Kitchen equipped enough to cook at home if needed.

Cons: Bathroom door should be fixed. Floorboards creaking can disturb roommates.

Great location, in an amazing city, highly recommend.

Pros: Location was great with easy access straight into the Old town. Views across the park to hills was amazing. A big plus was it was air-conditioned, given the temp was in the high 20's all week it was needed. A short 10min stroll and you were at the beach, supermarkets and loads of restaurants, cafes, eateries nearby, tram station is right outside also. A fantastic base for exploring Nice and the surrounds.

Cons: 10 flights of stairs was a lot, I didn't find out till I arrived and had 2 large heavy luggage to carry up. Plus I was in/out a lot, so definitely got my steps in.

Pros: Очень понравилось расположение! Просторная квартира. Дом старый как будто под углом стоит, нельзя это назвать прям минусом, просто есть такой момент, но и есть свой шарм в этом) огромный плюс наличие климат контроля в квартире! Так как мы путешествовали зимой

Cons: Мы были зимой, и когда включили климат контроль в спальне воняло канализацией. Было не очень приятно. И на кровати в гостиной было 2 матраца и было слишком мягко.

Cons: 5th floor with no elevator Weird Check in process ; have to pick up the keys in different spot; which is conplicated when traveling with kids and luggage

Pros: gute Lage die Ausstattung war gut Die Wohnung wurde gut beschrieben über ein E-Book, sodass man alles gut finden konnte

Cons: die Dusche war verschimmelt und es war dem Vermieter nicht möglich den Schimmel in 6 Tagen entfernen zu lassen.

Pros: Appartement avec beaucoup de cachet ! Bien décoré, calme Très confortable. Semblable aux photos et descriptifs Climatisation et chauffage au top. Une magnifique vue surtout la nuit sur la ville. Splendide. Arret de tram au pied de l'immeuble. Toutes les commodités au pied de l'immeuble. Communication facile avec l'hôte.
