Great.

Pros: Great location, nice spacious studio. Sofa bed was pretty comfortable considering, we slept 3 night with no worries.

Cons: Be mindful of the 4 story walk up, we had very noisy neighbours however, this isn’t the property’s fault.

Pros: Quick response from the host who was extremely helpful and accommodating during our trip. The location was perfect. Everything you need for a short trip. Would definitely return.

Pros: Excellent location and really clean. Simple check in and owner even let us check in early which was very kind.

Beautiful apartment, great location, if you aren’t a fussy sleeper and can manoeuvre stairs this place is amazing!

Pros: That it was fully refurbished, close to transport, beach, shops and restaurants and only a train ride to the airport.

Cons: Things you’d want to know: Fold out couch not a bed. Ok for a night or two but more than that not good on the back. 70 steps up to the apartment so be mindful if you have luggage. No corkscrew and wine bottles in France are corked.

Pros: The apartment is really in the city centre, which is great! Everything was clean and comfortable for two. I recommend it for your stay in Nice.

Pros: The apartment is comfortable and equipped with everything you need, despite being in a central area it is soundproof and is very close to the sea. The owner was very helpful.

A very enjoyable stay in a lovely city

Pros: Recently renovated, clean, spacious apartment in the old town. Very convenient to transport, plenty of eateries and supermarkets/fruit market nearby. From the airport, you can take bus no. 12 or the tram. Walking distance to most places of attractions, including the water front. Great to have the use of a washing machine. Kitchen facilities are adequate. Would be nice to have a kettle for boiling water but that is minor. Noise insulation from the street is good as long as you keep the windows closed.

Cons: Wifi kept dropping out. It didn’t affect me but there are no soap, shampoo etc. So come prepared. It is on the 4th floor without elevator, as stated. If you have heavy luggage or have mobility issues, do take that into consideration.

Pros: New apartment, nice, very clean, with the essentials in the room. Good location. The only downside is the dirty, old stairwell and the 4th floor without an elevator. I wouldn’t recommend it with small children and a lot of luggage. I probably wouldn’t go up with a child in my arms and with luggage other than a backpack :)

Pros: It was amazing, near the town, clean. I can really recommend it.

Hervorragend für einen Kurzurlaub

Pros: Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut , und zuvorkommend , so dass ich das App. vorzeitig beziehen konnte. Die Lage ist hervorragend und das App. ist für einen Kurzurlaub bestens ausgestattet.

Cons: Wie schon beschrieben ist die Treppe mit 70 Stufen mit Gepäck eine sportliche Herausforderung.
