Overall it's a nice accomodation
Pros: Overall it's a nice accomodation for a couple of nights. The location is great, in Nice old town, you can find anything you need close by. A well-equipped, newly renovated room for its size. The communication with the host was smooth, he was very helpful and nice.
Cons: There is no elevator in the house, and you have to climb a very strange staircase to get to the room, which can be hard for some, especially for the elderly or with suitcases. Unfortunately, the bed linen and towels had an unpleasant smell, as if they had not been dried properly after washing. The mattress was not the comfiest - if one turns over, it wakes up the other. This may just be an individual problem, but for us it was inconvenient that we had to take the trash out for ourselves beofre we left. The waste disposal area is quite a few streets away, and the instructions are not clear as to exactly where it is (the address given led to a church). Right before traveling home - especially if you have suitcases - you don't want to spend time looking for the dumpster, which is terribly nasty and there is no way to wash your hands afterwards. I feel like this should be the done by the cleaners, not the guests.

Pros: Everything was very good. The appartment is comfortable and clean. It is furnitured with all the necessary equipment. The location is really good - in the old Nice and close to the sea.
Cons: It was a bit complicated to find the trash can room - 'cause it is located outside the building and on the other street.

Ottimo soggiorno per la prom classic 2026
Pros: Mi è piaciuto il fato che si trova in una zona comoda in centro. L'appartamento era ben servito con tutto il necessario. Nuovo e ben silenzioso
Cons: L'entrata è su una scala molto fatiscente,sporca e non proprio messa bene. Però una volta arrivati nell'appartamento tutto ok. L'appartamento nel complesso era abbastanza pulito.

Altstadt, Komfort, Entspannung – kurz gesagt: Nice in Nice!
Pros: Das Apartment liegt zwar im 6. Stock ohne Lift, dafür ist man mitten in der Altstadt von Nizza – die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Die Ausstattung hat meine Bedürfnisse vollständig abgedeckt, und das Bett war unglaublich bequem – ich habe selten so gut geschlafen! Besonders praktisch war, dass ich am Abreisetag mein Gepäck im Office deponieren konnte, und das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Urlaub, an den ich mich gerne zurückerinnere.
Cons: Anfangs roch es ein bisschen nach Abfluss/Toilette, aber nach ein wenig Lüften war das weg.

Uns hat die Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen, wir würden Sie weiterempfehlen. Die Lage war super, die Unterkunft war sauber
Pros: Die Lage ist super, direkt in der Altstadt, sowie wenige Meter von einer Tramhaltestelle entfernt. Trotz der zentralen Lage war die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Die Unterkunft war sauber und den Bildern entsprechend. Der Gastgeber hat jeweils schnell geantwortet und war sehr freundlich. Das Check-In und Check-Out war sehr einfach.
Cons: Es waren wirklich viele Treppen und das Treppenhaus war nicht schön, aber weil wir das von anderen Bewertungen bereits wussten, war das kein Problem. Die Müll-Entsorgungsstelle war schwierig zu finden - es ist am selben Standort wie ”LIGHTS OF THE OLD NICE” auf Google Maps. Die Müllcontainer sind im Gebäude.

Wird empfohlen.
Pros: War alles Bestens, Sauper bequem und man hat alles drinnen gehabt was benötigen könnte. Preis Verhältnis Gut. Es war leicht zugänglich, und alles ist in der Nähe.
Cons: Es ist etwa so hoch für die ältere Menschen, junge Leute sollte es für Sie kein Problem darstellt.

Pros: Rifornito di tutto l’occorrente, pulito e ordinato!
Cons: L’appartamento è un attico! Tenete conto delle rampe di scale da fare per arrivare a casa la sera! Consiglio di aggiungere il condimento in cucina, olio e sale sono essenziali e la loro presenza fa sempre la differenza!

Ein gelungener Kurzurlaub
Pros: Die zentrale Lage war super. Vom Flughafen mit der Bahn und einem kurzen Fußweg sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet.

Pros: L’appartement est rénové, extrêmement bien conçu et équipé, il y a tout ce qu’il faut (climatisation, serviettes, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, micro-onde…). Bon système d’avoir un code pour la porte au lieu de clés. L’appart est extrêmement bien placé, vraiment on recommande !!
Cons: Il faudrait juste quelques crochets supplémentaires pour pendre les serviettes dans la salle de bain mais sinon tout parfait. Juste à savoir que l’appartement est au 5eme étage d’un immeuble sans ascenseur
