Enjoying a few sunny days in Nice
Pros: Comfortable apartment with all the necessities, lovely terrace with a great view. Friendly, lovely host, who was very helpful and obliging. Within walking distance to next tramway stop and supermarket.
Cons: Caution … it is rather steep climb (by foot) to the apartment building, especially with luggage 😰

Perfect
Pros: This beautiful terrace has a lovely view across Nice and is perfect for both relaxing and eating. The apartment is spotlessly clean, the bedroom warm and cosy and well decorated, and the bathroom similarly decorated tastefully decorated Our host could not have been more helpful and every communication was swiftly and warmly and expertly answered. We loved the walk uphill from Garibaldi Square to the apartment

Pros: We stayed there only 1 night because it was the end of our summer vacation and we need to catch an early flight the day after. But we were so unhappy that we stayed there only 1 night, this place deserves more. We wished we had time to enjoy the terrace, the closeness to the old town, the extremely well decorated apartment.
Cons: Only the mosquitoes, you need to kill them if you wanna sleep well ;)

Pros: Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin. Perfekte, moderne und neue Ausstattung. Terrasse mit Ausblick. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.
Cons: Autostellplatz ist nicht inklusive, wie beworben sondern im begrenzten öffentlichen Raum. Terrassenpolstermöbel waren leider nass.

Lovely and comfortable apartment in a great location for a stay in Nice.
Pros: A very comfortable apartment in a great location to access old town Nice. It had a great terrace but we were able to take advantage of it due to rain. Very newly renovated and quite lovely with everything needed for a great stay. Registration process and key pick up was fast and easy. Great communication from host.
Cons: It was at the back of the house with various levels to navigate before accessing. There were a few gates but none of them locked and the door to apartment was glass so it was a bit uncomfortable in terms of privacy although terrace vegetation provided a screen.

Lovely terrace with a view in a quiet Nice neighborhood.
Pros: Recently renovated, clean, and well-arranged space — it was perfect for our one-week stay in Nice. The spacious terrace looks exactly as shown in the photos and offers a lovely view, making it great for relaxing both during the day and in the evening. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, including cooking essentials. While the location isn’t right in the city center, it’s easy to reach all major attractions, restaurants, and shops on foot or by bus. It’s a great base for exploring Nice and the surrounding area. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet, and communication with the host was smooth and efficient. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Many thanks for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!
Cons: We truly enjoyed our stay and liked everything about the place. There was nothing to complain about!

Pros: La localisation proche de la vieille ville et de la promenade des anglais (20 minutes à pieds) était idéale sans oublier le reste c'est à dire : la terrasse et le design et l'ensemble du matériels modernes disponibles dans l'appartement. Nous avions pris une seule nuit mais plusieurs supplémentaires n'auraient pas été de refus. Les personnes qui nous accueillent ont été très arrangeantes et sympathique et la place de parking était parfaite car il y a beaucoup de monde qui cherche des places. Merci pour l'accueil.
