A cozy small apartment in the centre of Nice

Pros: A cozy small apartment at the centre of Nice with small details that make your stay comfortable. Very well located both for exploring the city as well as the surroundings. A lot of restaurants in the neighborhood. A functional supermarket around the corner. A very welcoming host always available for questions and help.

Cons: The bunk bed may be a bit scary option if your child is a restless sleeper.

Pros: Everything was perfect. Its close to the beach, markets and city centre. Maryse is super nice!

Pros: As always 10/10. It's our second time staying at this property, and, again, we've spent the best 10 days in Nice with the warmest welcome of Maryse. Thank you a hundred times for the most convenient accomodation that made our trip unforgettable🩷

Great little apartment to explore Nice from

Pros: Loved the position of the apartment - close to waterfront promenade and the Rue de France activity. 15 mins walk from old town and train station. The apartment private courtyard was great. There is plenty of space. You can sleep either on elevated double bed or fold out couch. We chose the couch because it was cooler under the air con on the warm nights.

Cons: We were irritated by noise from the next door neighbours one night, and sometimes you could smell cigarette smoke in the stairwell and lobby, but not much to be done, as it is a typical shared apartment building.

Pros: excellent apartment in a good location. Now we have been there for the third time and we are completely satisfied

Wonderful owner and property

Pros: The owner is very friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. The location is 5 minutes to beach, walking distance to many attractions and on a street full of restaurants and shops.

Cons: A bit of far from Train station.

Very enjoyable and comfortable

Pros: This property is fantastic for a holiday in Nice. It is close to shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, cafes and bakeries. The seafront and promenade d’anglais is just a 2 minute walk from the property. The apartment is spacious and well equipped with cooking facilities so you can choose to eat in or go out for meals! The outside terrace is spacious and gets lots of sun in the afternoon. The TV also has access to Netflix, disney+, and Amazon prime, aswell as the regular french TV channels. The bathroom is very spacious also and toiletries and washing mashine are kindly provided by the host. The host Maryse is so kind, accommodating and easy to deal with. We would love to return to Nice soon and stay again!

Pros: We'd like to thank for a great hospitality provided :) The studio is actually more spacious than on the pics - great size bathroom, room with fully equipped kitchen for holiday necessities, patio is an absolute dream. Inner courtyard positioning lets to have a proper sleep, aircon is for both cooling/heating if necessary, generally no beaming direct sun into the patio which makes this an oasis on a hot day. Even after reading all positive reviews our expectations were exceeded - cleanliness, location, hospitality and sincere approach of the hostess. Thank you again and hope to stay here again when in Nice🩶
