Excellent séjour en famille

Pros: L emplacement à proximité de tout : mer, commerces, restaurants, tramway et bus Le confort de l appartement, Les équipements à disposition il y a tout ce qu il faut L accueil et la réactivité des propriétaires de supers professionnels à l écoute des clients

Cons: L isolation thermique et acoustique avec l extérieur mais c est Nice 😌

Pros: Очень чистая и комфортная квартира, укомплектована всем необходимым для проживания. Идеальное расположение- в центре старого города, до пляжа 3 минуты ходьбы. Удобное заселение, персонал всегда на связи и предоставляет подробную информацию по всем вопросам.

Wonderful flat! We would stay here again if and when we come back to Nice.

Pros: My husband and I absolutely loved the Charming Flat The apartment was clean, bed was comfortable, we were there In The middle of July and the air conditioner worked perfectly well. The apartment is right in the middle of the old town in Nice, walking distance to the farmers market! Restaurant! Shops, close to the public transportation, it’s across the street from the free public beach! They had instructions for all the amenities, they have a binder with all kinds of restaurants and tour suggestions and directions which I thought was really nice. We were very pleasantly pleased with our stay at the Charming Flat.

Cons: The stairs!!!! There is no lift, and the steps on the stairs are tall!! lol! Needless to say we had a good work out every time we climbed up the stairs! But it’s part of the experience and we didn’t really mind.
