Stay at Chez Collette

Pros: The apartments location is great, close to most restaurants, coffee shops etc. Close to the metro too

Modern apartment with an amazing location

Pros: Modern and still a got a bit of the new touch. Air conditioning is perfect. Well equipped kitchen, Smart TVs, two separate bathrooms. David was a great host and was available throughout our stay period to help with our queries. Location is perfect with the nearest tram and grocery store at a 2 min walk.

Cons: Should have a washing machine

Extremely well located, spacious apartment, well decked-out, great for two couples or travelling with adult children.

Pros: Fantastic location, in the Old Town, but just, which means that the Taxi can drop you quite close to the accommodation, without you having to drag your bags miles through the Old Town cobbled lanes. Being in the old town you are surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, supermarkets, even laundromats. We were travelling with our adult son, so having two bedrooms each with its own ensuite + a large open plan living/dining/lounge was perfect. Nicely decorated.

Cons: Of course the down-side of being in the Old Town is that the late evening revellers are quite loud going past the room….. but this is more than off-set by the convenience. The entry was a bit tricky at first, through a dingy hallway and up a small flight of stairs, but we quickly got used to it.

Pros: We had a great stay at Chez Collette. David is an exceptionally organised and helpful host, providing clear entrance instructions in advance and even arranging for us to access the apartment earlier than planned. He also followed up with a phone call to ensure everything was in order, which was much appreciated. The apartment itself was spotless, well-presented, and perfectly located in the heart of old Nice—ideal for exploring the area. However, one challenge was finding the entrance, as the building has no visible name and only the street name to go by. A photo of the entrance in the listing would be very helpful. Overall, a lovely stay with a fantastic host, but light sleepers may want to bring earplugs!

Cons: While the apartment was comfortable, the one bedroom facing the street was quite noisy at night, and the walls were a bit thin—we could clearly hear conversations from the neighbouring apartment.

Perfect place if you’re looking to stay in the old town!

Pros: Excellent location in the heart of old city town. While the building and the building entrance look extremely old (which is expected for the area) and a little scary at the first sight, the apartment itself is very nice, modern, clean and well equipped. Also, David, the host was very nice, communicative and willing to help with anything.

Cons: Nothing to comment (not perfect itself, but perfect for a short-time stay to visit Nice).

Pros: We had a really lovely trip. The apartment is very well furnished with excellent quality furnishings and appliances. Fabulous bathrooms, the showers were great. Location was great, not too far from anything. David the host was very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Cons: Absolutely nothing bad to say about it. It was fabulous.

Pros: The location is perfect. In the heart of the old city. The communication with the Host was perfect. The apartment is quiet luxury and supplyd with everything you need to use daily. Very nice and clean.
