MY CASA - SPITALIERI 2 - Superb Terrace Panoramic View AC

Pros: Excellent location, easy navigation from Durandy Tram stop to the the airport, has everything that we needed to be comfortable for 9 nights. Sitting outside on the terrace anytime of day is great, quiet in the evening and great sun exposure. Enjoyed the northern view of the hills and mountain. Easy access to the train station for day trips to Monaco and Cannes.

Cons: Water pressure significantly reduces in the shower if any other water tap is used, I understand that it is an older building but it almost stops.

A lovely apartment in a great location

Pros: I stayed for 10 days and the location was perfect. I love to walk and explore and it was an easy walk to just about everywhere. The buses and trams were plentiful but aside from taking the tram from Nice Airport which was super easy, I walked everywhere. The apartment was better than I expected, the kitchen was well supplied, fortunately I found the manual to operate the induction range and the terrace was lovely. I spent time every day out there. I loved being so close to the shops and enjoyed being easily able to shop for groceries when I didn’t feel like eating out. Some reviews had concerns about the shower water supply but I found as long as the bathroom sink was turned off, the shower was absolutely fine.

Cons: It all worked out but my connecting flight to Nice was cancelled at the last minute and I was put on a later one which meant my arrival was after they closed. I had considerable difficulty getting any response to my multiple queries on how to pickup my key but finally thanks to what’s app it all worked out and the person I dealt with was very helpful. A minor issue was that the apartment doors are not numbered and all I had was a grainy photo of the correct door, it would have helped if they said turn left off the elevator and it is right in front of you.

Pros: The location is superb: near to the old town and everything necessary, very quiet at the same time. Very nice top rooftop terrace.

Cons: The toilet: tiny and without any ventilation. The water pressure is very weak, but not a deal breaker.

Pros: Best location great apartment very clean and very well furnished.

If you want the center of Nice, the beach and the train station to be a short walk away, then this apartment is for you

Pros: Great location with a great view from the large roof terrace. Clean and cozy apartment for a small family or group. Good for four people. The bed in the bedroom and the pull-out sofa in the living room are very comfortable. There is a washing machine, iron and hair dryer. I will definitely come back.

A really lovely studio in the heart of Nice.

Pros: The studio is perfectly located in the heart of the city, right in the pedestrian area of Nice. It has a huge terrace with a splendid view of the neighbourhood. Nicely furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Cons: Although pretty, the sofa in the living room was quite uncomfortable for sleeping for 7 nights.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Nice à pied.

Pros: Emplacement idéal à 8 mn de la Promenade des Anglais, à 10 mn du vieux Nice. Appartement situé au dernier Étage avec petite terrasse et vue dégagée sur la ville et les collines alentours. Parking payant 24/24h à 2 mn du logement dans le centre commercial Nice Étoile. Logement au calme avec entrée sécurisée. Restaurants et épicerie à 2 mn à pied.

Cons: Rien

Pros: Soggiorno confortevole, silenzioso e in una perfetta posizione a Noce L' appartamento è' pulito e luminoso come dalle foto, si trova al sesto piano con ascensore. Speriamo di ritornare presto!!! Staff attento e presente, grazie

Pros: L'emplacement, la rénovation récente, le balcon.

Cons: Le lot de poele et casseroles avec un fond alu non adapté a la plaque vitrocéramique.

Mükemmel bir tatil geçirdik.

Pros: Kaldığımız evin konumu her yere çok yakındı. Çok iyi bir bölgede konumlanmıştı. Özellikle terası çok keyifliydi.

Cons: Kaldığımız evde su yeterince tazyikli değildi birde lavabo ve klozetin ayrı yerlerde olması kullanışlı değildi.
