Pros: Everything is really good: the location, furnitures,, kitchen, bedrooms, etc. Thank you very much Frederic.

Cons: It is not important because we use to send all the day out of the apartment, but going up and down the stairs takes a lot of effort. It is a fifth floor

Nice apartment

Pros: Large spacious rooms with high ceilings. We didn't get to meet Frederic but he replied to our messages quickly and was very helpful. The location of the property is excellent, close to the Promenade des Anglais and useful shops.

Cons: Limited cook ware, only one very worn frying pan and a couple of pots. We didn't find the stairs a problem but it may be an issue for people with small children.

Pros: Very nice, fully equipped apartment. Everything was provided, supermarket is 2 mins away. Sea is 5 mins walk. Close to old town. We have had a fab holiday!!! Would love to stay there again!! ( even didn’t mind the stairs at the end, and there are lots of stairs!!!!) Thank you Frederic!

Cons: Instruction for oven and washing machine in English would be great, and some oven gloves.

A Spacious Gem in the Heart of Nice

Pros: A stunning apartment with impressively spacious rooms, including the bedroom, living room, and kitchen. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the Promenade des Anglais, making the location incredibly convenient. There’s a Carrefour nearby, and the kitchen is not only large but also fully equipped with all the necessary utensils. Nice is a beautiful city, but this apartment was undoubtedly my favourite part of the trip.

Pros: Good location. Spacious and quiet. Well equipped. Nicely decorated. Great TV with streaming. Lots of stairs to keep you fit. Lots of warm water. Generally very clean, though dusty under some of the tables.

Cons: Few small things need fixing - minor. Shower head and screen need a good clean and ideally shower head replacement.

Cosy and comfortable stay in Nice.

Pros: The property met the expectations. It was a cosy and comfortable apartment in a good location.

Cons: No elevator was a bit inconvenient after a day of long walks, but we already knew what to expect. This was very clearly stated in the description, so no surprise there. :)
